Trust me you don't wanna go there.kept on charging my card for excess money stating it was not clean and staff super rude property was super old and price was so not worth it atall.you guys should improve your customer service. I called them at 7 pm to check in amd staff was way to rude that look at the time and check it that you can't call at this hour.

I could get through to someone on the phone at 8: 30am on Good Friday morning! Amazing services!

We stayed at The Eastern Beach Units. A great location 1 block from the beach and a short walk to town. Modern & very clean fully furnished accommodation. Kitchen had everything you'd ever need. Comes with soaps, toiletries, towels, etc. We have booked to stay again

Our family weekend stay, including our fur babies at Bliss@South Beach was perfect. The property was in a great location with an easy walk to South Beach and town.

Attention to detail is key to a great stay and the team at Langley’s certainly provide this every time we book accommodation with them. Professional and thoughtful!

Stayed at 174A Griffiths Street, the place was amazing, clean, modern and close to the beach and town. Very relaxed feel to really escape the hustle and bustle of life. A nice red and scotch im front of the gas wood fire to top it off. I'll be back for sure!

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we have had to cancel a stay in Warnambool. Thank you to the staff at Langley's for their pleasantness and efficiency in cancelling and refunding the booking. Hopefully it will not be too long before we can enjoy the charms of the area and do some whale spotting.

We had two nights in Prue's Cottage, Port Fairy. It's delightful accommodation, beautifully furnished, well-equipped and in a great location to walk into town and to the river and Griffith Island. We had everything we needed, including logs for the woodburner. Roz at Langley's is super efficient and we were very impressed with both the service we received as well as everything about the cottage. We highly recommend it and would happily stay there again. Port Fairy is a magic place

Reliable and trustworthy booking company. Rented place was exactly as advertised. Place was spotless. Kristy was a pleasure to deal with and made some adjustments for our request.

The accomodation we had in Port Fairy (Avalon Cottage) was spotless clean. House is complete with kitchen utensils, dinnerware, towels, etc. The 2 BR house has a private garage with remote control doors. The location was perfect. The team is very responsive even just in email. Could not ask for more!

We had a great stay in Port Fairy! Langley's were super helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, cosy and pretty much right on the beach! Couldn't've asked for anything better!

Pleasure to deal with and very reasonable prices considering the superb location and facilities. We stayed at Swimmer's Rest- absolute magic and highly recommend. Opposite Pea Soup Cove, a crystal clear and tranquil beach perfect for families with young children. Port Fairy and in particular where we stayed, is a slice of paradise and a real sanctuary. Cannot wait to return. Thank you Langley's!

Langley's was very helpful with our booking. They rang up to clarify a few things ahead of our stay and then also offered to post a charger we had left behind.

We stayed at Sunways, a rustic beach house. It was a LOVELY stay - very relaxing, beautiful view (on the ocean) and the perfect spot for a toddler /kids to run around.

Positively amazing from the first enquiry (traveling with dogs, would it be ok?) till the final 'thanks' (for returning something we left behind.) The staff are the loveliest people, perhaps not surprising as they work in the loveliest place.our favourite spot in Victoria. We will be back, via Langleys!

Have lovely properties. Comfort on Conn's is quiet, comfortable, well appointed and plenty of room for family.

We had a fantastic holiday. Avery cottage was beautiful, light and comfortable. Perfect for either a romantic weekend away or in our case a fun family getaway. Langleys service was attentive, professional and I could not of been happier.

I found these guys on AirBnB. I enquired about one of the properties and they pre-approved me. In a matter of hours they sent me a message that someone else had booked the property. They didn't give me a chance to confirm my booking. It's really disappointing considering I was really looking forward to staying there with my family after being in lockdown in Melbourne for 9 months. Would never book anything through them.

We stayed in a beautiful holiday house in Port Fairy, which we booked through Langleys. We could not fault their service which was efficient, warm and personable. We were travelling with children and a just-walking baby and the staff went that extra mile to not only provide us with a cot and high chair, but also to ensure that the house we booked would be suitable for us - with stair gates and a safe balcony. The house itself was perfect, had stunning views and was very clean.

We would have no hesitation in booking accomodation with Langleys again, the next time we holiday in Port Fairy.
