Langbrook Estate reviews
10Tonia and her family hosted us for an entire weekend for my wedding day. She was so lovely and their hospitality was incredible. The entire wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Tonia and her family’s hard work. Thank you so much for letting us get married in such a beautiful place. We’ll remember our time at Langbrook forever.
Gorgeous gardens and rolling country hills to die for. Honestly picture perfect.
If you're lucky you'll see the gorgeous calves!
Ahhhhh. The serenity
10 minutes from Warburton. Now there's great coffee!
Very beautiful Estate with lovely facilities! Kids and us had a fantastic time here, the cottage is very clean and spacious, the views are heavenly, the pool amazing and the tennis court kept us very entertained. Tonia the hostess is very hospitable and great host. A great place to visit over and over again. Shops are also conveniently close by.
All the beauty & benefits of a farm stay with none of the work! My second stay at the cottage. It is a perfect place to relax because you can do everything or absolutely nothing.
I had an absolutely unforgettable holiday (in a very positive way!) at Langbrook Estate. I was a solo traveller from Sydney and booked here because of its ideal location as a base for some of Victoria's iconic road cycling. In addition to the great location (there are shops and restaurants a few k's away), the cottages themselves are spotlessly maintained and very comfortable, mine had a well appointed kitchen and bathroom, and a bed that just melted away the aches and pains from a tough day cycling. The view of the mountains and farmland from the cottage is entrancing, and the gardens are beautiful - lovely roses! I really appreciated the flexibility shown by Tonia (manager/owner) in helping me reschedule my trip when the NSW covid outbreak reared its ugly head. Breakfast supplies were generous. Would highly recommend this place.
Had the best weekend away - lovely accommodation, scenic and tranquil, but so close to local amenities and attractions.
Exhilarating surroundings and views, lovely host and a cottage with all necessary amenities.would come again and highly recommend!
Peaceful country vistas for complete relaxation. The self contained villa accommodation is superb with all the things - lighting, heating, plenty of power points, ultra-comfortable bed, elegant decor that you might expect only in a five star hotel. The breakfast selection including gourmet porridge packets, yoghurt, local jam sachets is brilliant and even the DVD selection is good. There is a tennis court and raquets and balls in the bedroom cupboard. And the views - cows, fields and mountains are a rural paradise. The only fault is dodgy wi-fi, so bring a large data plan with you if you don't want to just sit and stroll and breathe that country atmosphere.
Great place to stay. We were in "vista 1" and it was modern and it had everything we needed.kitchen had all necessities.everything worked. It's a very spacious, very much like an apartment.
Tonia was very helpful, and very nice. Would easily go back and recommend to people. The views from the windows were like postcards. In view of some cattle and wonderful countryside. And a great friendly dog who was amazingly sweet greeted us each day as we arrived and left.
We saw Koocooburras and other neat wildlife. It was a very peaceful stay.
Our phones worked well. Very nearby yarra junction has a woolworths and a nice liquor store. The Home Hotel had a great dinner options. Close to wine country. We had a very nice time.
If you're after old, dusty, smelly and unkept with barely a cup or plate, then this is for you. Add a horrid woman who continued to barge in unannounced with the odd supply. Every single day she'd barge on in. She was politely asked each time to call first. She just didn't get it.
The photo's make it look far nicer than it is. My wife liked it, I absolutely hated it.
It's one step up from camping.
Nothing looks updated for at least 20 years.
Curtains: cheap, old and dusty
Couch: thrashed. In desperate need of updating 10 years ago.
TV: arrived with Noahs Ark
Plates/cups/cutlery etc: all look like OP SHOP purchases
If I could rate it a zero, I would. One star is too much. We went there so we could relax uninterrupted. No such luck.
Honey the (very cute) dog was the best thing about this place. That says it all.
Don't waste your time or money. There are MUCH better places around. We'd NEVER go back.
Owner: spend some money on updating your place and learn how to clean it or hire someone to do it for you. And if your guests ask you to call before you continually barge in, listen to them! It's not rocket science!
