Adverts claim that this store deals in ASUS laptops however when I called and asked for help with my asus, I was told they don't stock this computer and to call somewhere else.

Simon fixed my (super old) laptop and it works great now - he showed me how to make it run faster and he even helped me troubleshoot why the sound wasn't working on my laptop at a later date for no added cost - Thanks a lot Simon!

Went in looking for recommendations on laptops and talked to one of the consultants that recommended one that happened to be on special. When I purchased it, I was told it would meet my two requirements of standard use and low level gaming (told the consultant the specific games I would be playing).

The laptop can handle standard use fine however it cannot handle the low level gaming! I am now left with a laptop that cannot do half of what I wanted it to do.

I emailed the consultant asking if he had any recommendations ie settings etc I can change to help improve the situation but received no reply. Then I asked if I could swap it for another one or get a refund and have been informed I have to get a letter from the laptop maker etc etc etc which seems like a way to throw customers off.

Quite disappointing as I bought a $1000 laptop in 2014 that was able to meet my requirements easily but this laptop at the same price mark in 2020 cannot.

I feel like the laptop was on sale as Landmark computers wanted to get rid of their final units and was recommended this to help them clear their final units despite not being able to meet my requirements.

I will be returning to the store expecting a full refund.

Update: Have received a full refund.

Had a laptop screen that was badly damaged - got quotes from probably 5-6 different repair places around Melbourne that differed in price by hundreds of $ for the same repair. When I showed up to LMC, I showed Simon my issue and he quickly gave me the most reasonable quote out of all the places I checked previously, even detailing why the cost was what it was. He repaired it significantly quicker than the other places would've and was also very friendly!

I truly appreciate the transparency and willingness to help out rather than rip me off. Highly recommend!

Brought an HP monitor from them today. Seamless experience with on call order placement and pickup at their store.

Long waiting time for shipping but fine customer services.
Can be improve by sending more tracking detail next time.

I trying to design and then implement a very high end it set up in my home, I come regularly here for advice and to purchase the different building blocks of my complex installation. I am really happy about this place, very professional advice and service and as well very good hardware.

I cannot recommend Landmark Computers highly enough. Their prices are better than ordering direct with Lenovo and they are fantastic to deal with. They also offer a three year onsite warranty

I've popped into their store and left shortly after with a great laptop at a great price. I previously ordered online and my purchase arrived the next day.

There was a slight mix up with something that was easily unnoticed! The loyalty of a company begins when you need them after they have sold you something, and LMC has definitely been top notch, there was no hesitation to help a new customer. Jason responded to almost all of my emails within 10 minutes and never failed to call me when scheduled with continuous updates. I work in IT and it completely went unnoticed for me aswell. Despite the mixup, I'd come back and deal with Jason again.

The team at landmark we’re so helpful fixing my laptop and providing me with a suitable charger when I lost mine.

Never actually bought anything there yet, but everytime i go in the they're just so helpful and patient. Really give me the feeling that they want what's right for me rather than a sale. Will always check there first whenever i need anything.

Always timely service, one of the last remaining decent computer equipment stores in the CBD. Competitive pricing as well.

Very nice shop to but computer parts and accessories. Might have a problem with parking but try to come at non peak time as location is in the heart of the city. Otherwise if you can just catch public transport if possible.

Fantastic service by Simon when my laptop died for no reason. He was able to get it up and running under an hour, and charged me very reasonably because it "wasn't a big job" even though he could've charged me more and I wouldn't know any better.

Extremely refreshing honesty and genuinely helpful. Would refer anyone to them in a heartbeat.
