Great location. Staff were very freindly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. We will be staying here when we are next in Melbourne for sure!

Sadly I had items stolen from my room during my stay in December. Disappointingly nobody really cared. The housekeeping staff also need to do a better job and the lower rooms are very loud.
