Tinting which was paid for was not done and then was it would now get done at first service.

10 out of 10 to the staff and their service at Lakeside Hyundai. On my first visit, they were busy but a salesman approached me and apologised that there was no one available to help me but someone would be with me as soon as possible. Izzy was the salesman whom approached me. We discussed my requirements in a new car. At no stage did I feel pressure to go for a particular car. I decided on a Kona, but could not decide on a model. Izzy printed out information about all of the models, which I looked at over a coffee. After making my decision I found ALL staff at Lakeside Hyundai very friendly and helpful and felt no pressure at all at any time. I was contacted via phone several times to advise me of the delivery of my new Kona. When I picked up my new Kona, Izzy spent time with me explaining all of the new mod cons in the car (I’d had my Hyundai i30 for 11 years). I would highly recommend Izzy and Lakeside Hyundai for anyone looking for a new or used car. I will definitely be going back to them when I decide to get another new car.

Just bought a Tucson Active X from Rob at Lakeside Hyundai. He is very knowlegable and makes the process a breeze. Even the short time i had it is a great car to drive.

Was surprised to see the unprofessional and rude attitude of the sales staff there. Went to enquire about the Kona and its lead time, I was told that I need to pay a deposit to let them share the lead time info because according to him " its too hard to get a car these days and they don't have the time for customers who are not ready to pay the deposit the same day! " I would have paid the deposit if the guy there was not rude and pushy. Anyways I have booked the car with another dealer and wont come to this showroom again.

This is the second car that the family has bought from Lakeside Hyundai in the last 2 years and can highly recommend speaking To Rob. He is Friendly helpful and Knowledgeable.

By a brand new car in cash and cant even through in floor mats, poor effort and wont recommend.

I was dealing with the manager and Robbie, both men helped me alot and was very pleasant to deal with.

They were so unprofessional. In the first meeting they seemed ok after finalizing the deal they were completely different. They were rude when we asked them Any questions regarding our purchase. When we picked our car they were extremely unprofessional. They had no smile on their faces and didn’t acknowledge us when we walked into their store. They were not welcoming at all. We had spent huge amount all we wanted was welcoming atmosphere. But they didn’t seem interested as they knew car is sold already. Plus no one informed us about 1st complimentary service. We found out from some of our friends who bought similar car from different dealer.
