Christmas party here was exceptional. A+ FOOD music DJ, service was impeccable, parking easy, highly recommended

Booked in for Christmas lunch but can’t attend due to covid. They refuse to give a refund or for family to take our meal home. Will serve our meal to the table so would rather see our food go in the rubbish bin than family bring it home for us. What a waste of not only money but food too.

Some of the food was fine.
But the chicken is always too thick and too dry.
The music was very loud.
But the venue was nice.

Lakeside Reception was amazing for my wedding! This place is perfect. If you want to make sure that everyone walks away, feeling full & satisfied, this is the place! Not only did we receive many compliments about the food, but also the modern aesthetic it has that many love! The wait staff were great ensuring our needs were met, the reception was put together just as we wanted it and the Victoria room just looked stunning. Thank you so much lakeside for a perfect evening

Brad, Dom and the Lakeside team are an amazing group of people! They were professional and generous with their support and guidance. We hosted our reception at the Lakeview Ballroom with about 265 guests. The ballroom has been recently upgraded to an absolutely stunning modern function hall. The beautiful park and the lakeside trail behind the hall is a great place for a photo shoot in a natural setting. There is ample parking. Venue is clean and staff are well presented. Great experience!

Fabulous place, I couldn’t recommend highly enough, from the food to the dj and musical duo.

They're just money hungry. They blaming me and our families of adding extra people during the night when we actually had 2 people who didn't show up.
Stay away from them If you don't want issues with your ceremony.
If I could I would give 0 stars.

The most beautiful reception I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious, staff were very accommodating and attentive. A very clean environment. Came here for a charity dinner and was absolutely blown away by the generosity of the owners of Lakeside Reception

Attended a friends wedding here recently. Venue is tasteful and very clean. Room presented immaculately on arrival. The food was amazing! So tasty and plenty of it. The bride and groom should be very pleased with their choice as it seemed like great value for money. On the flip side, Service staff could do with some improvement/further training. Asked for Peroni beer, received a Corona. Asked for a glass of sparkling (wine) got water. Asked for a glass of Champagne (thinking if I re word my order I’ll get what I originally asked for) received a bottle with no cooler to place it in. Wait staff then removed my glass of half drunk sparking without asking if I was finished.
Plates also not cleared as the evening went on. Antipasto was not removed until well after we had eaten mains. Plenty of glassware left and not cleared throughout the evening.

Excellent venue! Delicious food, great customer service and looks fabulous. Everyone kept commenting on the food and service on my sons Christening. Thank you Lakeside for a wonderful night. Highly recommend!

I can’t praise Brad and the staff enough. Absolute wonderful service, all through my wedding prep, right up to the day. So accommodating on every level and nothing was ever more than a call away. We had to postpone our wedding twice and both times we re-scheduled without any issues. Brad even kept our original 2021 prices we were first quoted. The staff and the quality of food was amazing. All our guests raved over how much food there was and how delicious it all tasted. Brad And Gemma both even came in to our room On the night to check that we were happy with everything. I had mentioned I couldn’t find my garter and he Offered to send one of his staff to Coles to get one (I said thank you but they won’t sell them) I work for Coles haha! I just could not believe how above and beyond everyone was, to make our night perfect.
Can’t recommend them enough.

A beautiful venue with 3 lovely rooms. I got married here 3 years ago in the beautiful Victoria Room. The food was incredible. I also visit Lakeside quite often for work as I’m a photographer. The staff is always so kind.

OMG it's so beautiful there, to have wedding's there.
The staff was fantastic they work there but off the only thing is the should have big umbrella were the gest are sitting waiting for the bride to come as the sun is on us and that's not goo.d over all I give them a 10+.

15/10! My wife and I had our wedding in the Victoria room. Everything including the food and service was perfect. All of our guests complimented the high quality and tasty food.
The staff and management are extremely friendly and approachable. We will definitely be having more events here in the future. Thank you so much to the team at Lakeside for our dream wedding. We can not fault this venue!

Absolutely flawless service from beginning to end.
We booked Lakeside with complete confidence as we had attended events at the venue many times before and were still wowed with the service and quality of the food on our wedding night.

Brad was accomodating, courteous and communicative throughout the entire planning process with a solution based attitude which made us feel even more confident the night would go ahead splendidly.

Gemma, our event coordinator, was so charming. So warm, gracious and hospitable. Faultless customer service from her and the team.

The food is abundant, flavourful and delicious. We knew our guests had high expectations with our catering and Lakeside delivered and wowed them, ten fold. Throughout the night our guests were complimenting the food, from the lush antipasto and delicious entrees to the tender rib eye with truffle butter, cooked to perfection.

An incredibly accomodating reception, with the clients needs and preferences made a priority. Such a rarity in the catering world where others have a rigid, one size fits all approach. Maybe that is, Lakeside’s secret sauce after all.

Had a wonderful time at Dad's 70th. The team helped with all the details in the lead up and on the night the staff were amazing! Natalie did a fantastic job of making sure everything ran smoothly, and was so attentive not just to us, but all our guests.
