The staff here are the best that we have spoken to regarding what to do at Lakes Entrance and where to travel and what to expect in our travels from wa. They are very knowledgeable of the area.don't waste your time start here first.

When i visited here I couldn’t understand what can i do here. Nothing much to do apart from having your breakfast and lunch in some of beach facing cafes and restaurants.

The lady in there is so lovely, and very helpful. You certainly find enough information for the local area and surrounds, mementos and local products for sale. I would recommend calling in there for a visit to find out the best spots to see while you are staying in town.

Great spot, good well presented collection of information. Able to purchase the usual trinkets as well as fishing license and art on display up stairs. Call in to get all the info to plan your stay.

Informative staff, great range of activity brochure. Worth a visit especially for the first timers to plan the vacation.

Friendly staff serving with a smile. Besides giving information they sell a lot of souvenirs. Unlike other visitor centres, they are really selling worthwhile stuff. Check it out

We received Absolutely pathetic service from both people at the center. We arrived around 2: 10pm on 14 Jan 2021.

Lovely and friendly guys. They provide all information about lake entrance for me and provide poster and map. I really appreciate their efforts.

I understand the importance of having to sign in with a QR code, but maybe don't pick one that forces me to download yet more rubbish on my phone when there are plenty that allow you to do so via your browser.

One of the best visitor information centre i've been to. And i traveled all over australia this summer. Amazing people and very friendly. If you are traveling to lakes, make sure to have a stop here before all else. They will show you the best places and will help you with any questions you have. Great job people
