Lakes Entrance Rotunda

Great holiday spot. Fish and chips are brilliant l. Towns people are nice. Well worth a drive down

It's the first time I've been to Lakes Entrance. It reminds me of some of the Beaches along the East Coast of Tasmania near Scammander, Binalong Bay area. You hear the Power of the Sea before you even see it & I can't believe how thick the Sand is there. Your legs definitely get a good workout just walking on it.

it can be very crowded and very cold/windy if you dont time it right.
Shops across the road for icecream food and what not.

This has been around since I can remember. A must visit if visiting Lakes Entrance. Park to the east as works are ongoing on the west. Walk to the surf lifesaving club for a snack or continue through to ninety mile beach. Beautiful beach. Plenty of room. Bring the dog

This is a beautiful place to visit,
with lovely walking tracks through the bush and along the beach, even in colder months you can have a great day out down here.

A beautiful day to be on Lakes Entrance. The beach was very calm today. Couldn't believe the amount of fishing boats/trawlers in Port. A great place to visit.

Beautiful place for site visit. Unfortunately not sufficient sign board inside the island. Better to provide. Toilet (deep inside the idland) not cleaned for long time. At least once in a day, it should be cleaned. Good place for adventure.
As there is lots of snakes inside, the public should have been adviced to wear proper shoes and carry safety materials before they enter in.

It was great down there. Internet coverage is poor but when you on holidays sometimes it's better to have a little more time to yourself.

A beautiful spot to have some local fish and chips. Grabbed some great photos and learnt a very stylish strut from this local pigeon.

This beach is so beautiful. We came there on the day having a festival. It was a great atmosphere, the kids loving so much.we had a great walk to another side of town, it is also great. There are alot of things to do here in a beautiful day: walk along a beach, pedal on a boat, play on playgrounds, ride a scooter, enjoy waves.

Great meeting place and is kind of an entree into the once a month Sunday Markets, mainly featured in the photos here.
Also represents effective start to the Footbridge as an entrance area to the Ocean across the bridge.

Good spot for a family meetup.close to the pedestrian bridge to the surf beach.the whole revamped esplanade is so much better than the older times.

Pavement from car park to toilet needs urgent repair. Not very friendly for a walker frame when you have to hop!

Nice place to relax and chill out with friends in Summer. The boat ride is an awesome experience here

Diner was nice. Don't order the Roghan Josh as it was almost poorly cooked. Beef cheeks were great. Dinner is a bit macdonaldish ie food comes out so quick that you don't have time to finish your entire and your main is already at the table. Via is beautiful service is friendly and attentive.

Awesome leisure living out there in lakes entrance.
Lot more options to choose from. Either camping, hiking, off road / 4x4 driving, boat riding, fishing etc.

We loved the beautiful scenery and the awesome food around the restaurants also had lovely time with black swans

A nice enough place, particularly on a sunny winters day, when there aren't many people around.

Beautiful place with a breath taking view and vibe. We ate fresh fish n chips on the water front.
I'd Def visit again again
