Lakes Beach House

Me and my family stayed at a very beautiful holiday house. We were all impressed and felt very comfortable staying here. The whole house is very spacious, neat and tidy. The location is very handy near local shops and beaches. I recommend to everyone to stay and I would like to come back again.

This house is amazing. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a boys weekend or girls weekend or just 2 families that want to stay here. It is very spacious, clean and modern. The price was perfect and affordable. Everything about this house was great. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Lakes Beach house stay was one of the best we had experienced so far. We were four families and had ample room to all of us, and not to mention the smart tv.where we were able to connect to internet and watch our favorite movies together. Time and his team did a fantastic job on making sure we had every thing we wanted to stay cozy. This very reason made us extend our stay for an extra day.

As they say, first impressions last, and we will definitely be coming back to the Lakes Beach House to stay from now on. The house was so clean, everything you needed was provided for. There was nothing we had to worry about.the clean bed sheets, the abundant supply of bath towels, and did I mention the space! There were 6 of us in total and everyone had their space, we weren't on top of each other. It was a relaxing place to unwind. We have stayed at many accommodation places and they do not compare to this place. We will definitely be coming and staying here from now on. And what was really convenient is that you are dealing directly with the owner, Tim, who was very obliging and forthcoming on all the information we needed to know, so thank you Tim on making a beautiful home for us to enjoy our holiday.

Wow what a wonderful place to take some time for a bit of R&R. The Lakes Beach House has everything you could want in a holiday rental, comfortable beds, great living area (not to mention a long dining table to share meals at!), and what an amazing entertainment selection with board games, puzzles, books and more DVD's than a Netflix selection (also available)! For the cook in the family there is a lovely large kitchen which is beautifully organised with all drawers and cupboards labelled so you know where everything is! The BBQ and outdoor kitchen is also beautifully equipped and organised, which my husband very much enjoyed using. For the little ones in the family there is a shell sandpit and a small grassed area great for kicking around a ball - this kept our young son happily playing most mornings.
When heading out you are only a short walk from the local shops, coffee spots and the surf beach. We highly recommend purchasing some locally caught fish from Food Works (a short walk away) and cooking it on the BBQ, so fresh and yummy! Last but certainly not least the communication with Tim was brilliant, lots of handy tips, clear instructions and very accommodating!

The best experience of holiday house, stay 8 nights from Christmas Eve to New Year Day. The house is nice and tidy, with lots of kitchen tools. Great location, can walk to shops and beach. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely back again.

Lakes Beach House is amazing! We were a group of 10 x 25-30 year olds who just wanted to escape from Melbourne for a few days over Easter, and we were blown away by the comfort of this house. Plenty of beds and seating options, this house is so spacious you really don't feel like you're on top of each other. The games cupboard was a huge hit, as was the telly with a great selection of DVD's for rainy days. A great location, easy 10 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. Plenty of mini golf options near by and the beach is only 10 mins away too. Perfect location, perfect house, will be back:)

Our family of six recently enjoyed a very pleasant five night stay at the Lakes Beach House. The house is a fabulous one for families, being spacious, modern, very clean, well designed and really a home away from home. I particularly enjoyed the fact all beds were comfortable, there was ample towels and linen, the kids loved the play station, all appliances were up to date and worked well. We have stayed in many properties over the years and would rank this one as one of the best, and would recommend it to friends and family. Tim the owner was excellent in his communication and returned the bond promptly.

My retiree friends and I travel twice each year up and down the east coast of Australia to go fishing and have stayed at some great places. All have agreed however that the Lakes Beach House is the best place we've stayed because of the comfort, cleanliness, location, functionality and attention to detail provided by Tim.
It is the perfect place for a holiday.

My wife, and family members were delighted with the Lakes Beach House. Although the exterior of the house looked fairly standard in appearance, we were surprisingly pleased once we walked into the main interior of the house. What struck us was spacious living area and all the many facilities available to cater for our stay. We hadn't been to Lakes Entrance for many years and this small reunion was topped off by this very family friendly accommodation. Hoping to make it back to the Lakes Beach House in the future. Only shame is that we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it more. Perfect holiday house with the add ons of proximity to the beach and shops. Great set-up for young families with a large open spaced kitchen and sitting room. Attention to detail and everything you need is provided, Definitely will recommend to friends and other family members.
