Dry. Chicken hard as a rubber and chips no seasoning and the price has gone up these guys are clowns

Absolutely disgusting call the Dept Health!

Worst pieces chicken so called deep fried put in a container soggy on the bottom chips and gravy on top.

Horrid experience mentioned how they packed it in a nice manner, they didn't care and were rude, argued and my dog or cat wouldn't eat it.

Friendly staff greeted us took our order promptly. We ate our food in store. Decent enough music playing, the shop itself was very clean but the table definitely needed a wipe down. Food was fresh and hot, chicken was soft and cooked perfectly but we have enjoyed tastier. Good variety of fresh salads to choose from, the egg salad was packed full in the container and very tasty. The gravy was thick and tasty. Chips were perfectly salted.

Chicken was dry as a bone
They have increased there prices
Gravy was like water
Paid 19.10 for a chicken dinner
Will never eat there again.

Took my son Thomas Garwood, was very dissapointed with the food. Terrible customer service Lachland Harper was serving us and took a dump in my burger

Cheapest ingredients used and overpowered with salt, I feel like I need to go have a shower after eating this food.why are the chips bright fluorescent yellow?

Service was exceptional, however food/food production was disappointing. Ordered two chicken HSP’s with sweet chilli sauce and garlic sauce, received two chicken HSP’s with hot chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Easy mistake. Partner settled for his but very kindly swapped mine over. Received my new HSP with sweet chilli sauce, but this time it was mixed with coleslaw? I thought I was going crazy but the coleslaw was definitely in there. I do understand that food can sometimes get mixed together in a busy environment but we found coleslaw throughout the entire HSP. Ended up throwing it out after taking two bites. Have taken photos just in case. Waste of $12.50. Even more disappointing as the first time we had visited we received great service and great food, so we definitely weren’t expecting that.

Ordered the chicken HSP. Chicken is super dry and very minimal amount of chips. Not worth $12.50 iv ordered at other places and paid less for a huge amount iv not been able to finish. I was still hungry after this meal. Wont be ordering again

Great food, and great service.
The lady in the glasses was fast to get my order and made small talk while serving.

I also liked the low counters, and fact that I could see everything I was ordering.
