Lake Imaging - St John of God Ballarat

Have been to LI a few times in past years and while they can get busy the team are always helpful and friendly, in particular Bernie (great name) on reception and the delightful MRI technician Isabella. Really appreciate your care and consideration.

Incompetent staff checking on referrals sent through, had to call several times and when I finally got through “Jonathan “ is either deaf, incompetent or both had to give my birth date three times, as the biggest most expensive imaging provider in Ballarat people are entitled to expect better service

Still sitting at St John of God LI and so thrilled with the lady who preformed my ultrasound! Caring, professional and quick. I had the most horrendous experience at LI Bacchus Marsh I was nervous but it was worth the 45 minute drive.

Incredibly unprofessional. Lack of information given, very poor service compared to other lake imaging suits.

Reception very rude. I think her name was Kate. I turned up on time for her tell me I was late. She said my appointment was 1pm. I politely said it was 1.30pm. She then called through the department "to ask if they could fit me in". I filled out paperwork then returned it to the desk accompanied with my mobile phone with text message from previous day confirming my appointment was for 1.30pm. She said that it was unusual and would look into it. No apology for rudeness. My point is that no-one is there for fun, we have been referred because of a medical condition which is quite concerning. I respect the notices requesting respect and no confrontation be shown to staff, but it should also apply to staff to patients. The staff past that point were excellent in their care and consideration. Top stars to them.

1 of their radiologist isabel or something flirting with her co-worker in front of me when she should be taking care of me. So rude and unprofessional customer service.

Our ultrasound doctor was great but the reception staff can be hit and miss which can unfortunately be stressful and ruin experience quickly. Some are very lovely and courteous and others quite presumptions and rude. Our last visit at reception was unpleasant enough to switch providers for our next appointment.

The staff in accounts might want to turn their headsets off before bagging out a customer with a genuine account query.

I had to give my experience last wednesday one star but it did not deserve even that. The technician was rough unhelpful and did not treat me as even human. As i was in pain a little compassion would have nice. Ear phone dragged off my head pulling my head. I will elaborate further to anyone at Lake Imaging that cares about person centered care. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Some people are coming here for a potential life changing diagnosis, yet some of the staff talk to you like you’re something they’ve stepped in!
I had to come here 2 days in a row, both experiences were traumatic and made worse by certain staff members.
On the day of my biopsy the American nurse I had dealing with me was rude beyond belief……and then I was charged $700 for the privilege! Given the choice, I would never come back here, nor would I recommend anyone else does.

The staff working here are very friendly and there was the receptionist, I think the name was Lisa, was very informative, helpful and had a lovely smile. Great effort!

I had my second injection at Lake imaging St John of God yesterday. Despite having issues to book in my injection as I am incredibly impatient to be walking better, the staff are wonderful. I could see how overloaded the reception were, but they still manage to be kind and gracious. From the lovely lady who took my temperature at the door, to reception, the kind nurses and the wonderful Doctor that took the time to speak with me and correct where the injection was going, thank you. I appreciate you all, stay safe and awesome.

Thank you sooo much to the beautiful staff today at St John of God Lake Imaging 25/9/2019 from taking my details then to doing my MRI. You were all so amazing and understanding and made the daunting experience bearable. Lake Imaging should be proud of the way you conduct yourself and your ability to relate to customers. I'm very very grateful.

Waited 1 1/2 hours after appointment time with elderly father.no apologies.very poor customer service

Very rude customer service and giving my info to others while i was on the phone because of unknowen reasons.
