Laguna Oriental Supermarket reviews
36Looking for Indonesian's groceries? Look no further than Laguna where you can get authentic Indonesian food and spices with cheap prices
Huge store with different Asian countries, including Philippines products. Right door neighbour to Daiso
Not well behaved staff, the girl in cashier is really not polite, I like all the stuff except that girl.
A good place to find variety of choices of Singapore, Malaysia, Thai, Indonesia and some other asian snacks, seasonings, herbs, and groceries
I’ve searching asian grocery store quickly through googling, and found this store. At first i saw one near Preston area and close so quick.then turns out they have another branch in QV.
I was so happy when i entered, so many ingredients, so many snacks, drinks, tea, spices, instant spices you name it, although some of things i’ve been looking i don’t see it, the place is considered so many variety inside.
I went to look because they told me that there were Mexican products, there are a few and a little more expensive than in other places
Laguna, an Indonesian supermarket located in the Melbourne QV Center, offers a unique shopping experience for Indonesian culinary lovers. Laguna offers a wide range of Indonesian food products, from spices to ready-to-eat food. Despite not being very large in size, Laguna has a good quality product at a reasonable price.
I went there and tried to find all the items from my shopping list until the staff started to follow me around the place, thinking I might be trying to steal from them because I spent too much time in the store. If you don't want to be treated like a criminal, my advice is DON'T go there!
Complete and anything you need from clothes, kitchen and detergent! They have the big sizes of laundry needs.
Came with Indonesian friends, and now we know where to get Indonesian's snacks, drinks, and unique foods.
They have a good selection of Asian grocery options and generally you can find what you're looking for. However, my recent experience was marred by a rude incident with the cashier. They double scanned some items and when we brought it to their attention, they were dismissive and rude. Eventually got that sorted out, but definitely not happy with the voice of tone. The store management should address this issue with their staff to ensure better customer service in the future.
An awesome Asian grocery in the CBD that had all my favourite Indonesian snacks (that were sometimes not in stock…but better than nothing!)
Been here since it first open, abit different but still friendly and pretty complete with what I need when I need it. Kids love it too and friendly.
Went there on 16/10/2022, cashier written on my receipt named Ben. He was not friendly, I told him about the expired product that was still on display, he just throw it and didn't even say sorry or something like what normal cashier would do. After I came home, just realized he charged me twice for the same one item Want to complain but wasting time if I go back there especially with bad service I got.
I shopped here today 29/9 around 1600. This woman on the counter on the left hand side was incredibly rude. She never even looked up at her customer. No greetings or thank-you’s. Her attitude was just appalling. How can someone like her have a job I wonder?
Love the wide range of Asian groceries & it includes Indonesian & Thai, not just Chinese.
Friendly staff. Big variety of Asian groceries. Although they didn't have any Durian pie today But I did manage to find a can of Toddy palm and Jack Fruit, also I buy Mochi. Thanks to Ex Indonesian girlfriends for showing me this place ️
I love getting snacks here because they have great range of it aswell as your everyday Asian ingredients.
Large Asian grocery store with an abundance of products. Also great for Colombian necessities and junk food.
Be careful to buy products in here and always check the expiry date multiple times, although this supermarket provides a variety of items.
I bought a Japanese green tea drink last week. Even though I have checked the expiry date at that time, I just realised today that it has expired (April 2021). I know it has just been 3 months, but I don't want to take the risk.
This is my second time. Last January, I bought a noodle cup on sale and it has expired as well.
