Lady Bay Resort

We love the Lady Bay accomodation. The location is excellent, the staff are great and the accomodation terrific. If I was to offer anything for improvement it would be to have total block out blinds in the bedrooms. We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. An exceptional opportunity for a great holiday.

Lovely view and resort. Would recommend. There’s fun activities nearby, and you can go for a nice walk near the beach. They don’t service the rooms which is fine, but they don’t give you any more toilet paper other than one roll, however you can ask at reception. Also at night people might be hooning around the front, but it’s not the resorts fault, therefore I recommend bringing some earphones and/or a sleep mask. The pool is NOT ALWAYS heated, even though it says ‘heated Dec-March’. Sometimes it is in the morning or afternoon though, just not all the time. The spa is always warm but the jets as of mid-December, don’t work, so be wary of that, nonetheless, we would definitely come again though! Totally worth the accessibility, view and drive, PLUS the sunsets can be GORGEOUS! If you want a better view, see if you can get level 4 in an apartment

Stayed in their 3 bedroom townhouse for 2 nights. Nice place with great staff. The house was clean and well stocked with all basic requirements. The TVs were good, specially the one on the top floor. They also have an electric car charge point by Tesla for use.

Great place to stay, wonderful views and the in house restaurant has great food! Highly recommended.

One of the worst experiences. The workers opened the windows on Level 4 at 7 am and made the entire floor freezing cold. I couldn’t even close my front door due to heavy wind. The building is not weather sealed for the environment.

The location, restaurant, and the Tesla charging facilities are good.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Pool is only available in December to March.

Unfortunately, I was booked into a first floor room above the conference room. This seemed to have a guy on a microphone running a pub quiz until late in the evening. Check in desk shuts early so earplugs would have been a good option!

Table service was good. Had attended a function which was a set menu. Had requested a Diabetic friendly meal when booking was made. Was offered the same choice as everyone else. So on the downside was only able to eat half the meal

Great location, staff good but rooms are not really sou d proof and you hear all that goes on in the rooms around d you.

Have stayed here quite a few times and the rooms are always SO clean. I've only stayed in rooms facing out towards the river but they all have balconies and fresh air. The staff are lovely and I always enjoy staying here.

Such wonderful clean place with super spacious apartments, walking distance to beach, staff is super friendly and helpful, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Warrnambool in our forthcoming trips…. Suren G

Good sized room. Clean and tidy. Handy to beach and town. Stopover for a family catch up and didn't spend much time in the Resort

Over priced rooms, far from clean. Rude service person on day of arrival that is until he realised I was a customer. Definitely put a sour note on our 2 year anniversary

My partner and I arrived at the suite to think it would be very nice for our anniversary night but weren't we shocked.
The lounge room and bedroom is way over sized (bedroom only had a double bed) the onsuite had and over sized vanity and single basin with only 1 side storage in the mirror now there was a toilet and a very poor excuse of a spa (btw that was filthy)
Me and my partner are average sized people and it was really tight to fit 1 of us in there not to mention 2
As for the rest of the room the kitchen was squashed into a corner of the suite and the furniture is dated and needed to be cleaned (very dusty) the aircon cover fell off and is discoloured.
On arrival I dropped my partner off to get the booking started and proceeded to park in the EV parking as I own an EV CAR and the receptionist rushed up to my driver's door and rudely spoke to me and said am I living local or do I stay here often and I said no to all then his attitude only changed when we paid for the booking.
It's very very poor service and wasnt professional

Large area, in a great region, next to the River, Lady Bay and the Breakwater.
Good Coffee, friendly staff and good meals

Stayed here for 2 nights recently. Warrnambool is pretty cold in winter. The split system did not work the first night. Reported to reception and they fixed it.smoke detector started to alarm Reported this as well. Came back to the room and the unit was left open, l presume not fixed which is just not satisfactory. TV was so tiny it's a joke.

We stayed 4 nights in a two bedroom apartment with a spa bath. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and suitable for families. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Note the rooms are not serviced daily which didn’t bother us as we could collect any supplies we needed from reception.

We got takeaway dinner from the resort restaurant which we ate in our room on our last night. The food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait too long either.

The Deep Blue Hot Springs is next door and is definitely a must visit (do book online ahead of time to avoid disappointment).

Nice room, with enough room for two to spread out. Shower door let’s out a little too much water, but that’s really no bother. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent! My wife had lamb shoulder and I had crispy skin salmon with prawns… both were divine. Prices were good and service was very friendly and certainly fast enough. Location is great too!

Took a long time for meals to be served. Food was good. Recently employed staff member did a good job trying to make up for slow kitchen service.
