Terrible customer service the guy was so rude and had no people skills. Then he threw my shoes in the bag with no box and I had to ask for the receipt. Young and inexperienced he obviously did not want to be there and definitely should not be in customer service.
Very disappointing. I'll think twice before I shop there again.

I found a T-shirt I like on Boxing Day. The shop was very crowded because of the sale items and shoppers. Fitting room had a line too.
So I just went to pay without trying it on, and I asked the female cashier “can you please help me check if you guys have a size smaller than this in the system? ”. (Just because I thought ppl might put it back to the wrong place after trying it on or something.) She looked like she can’t be bother doing that and just shout to one of the girl on the floor to check. And right after she scanned my T-shirt she shouted again to her saying “don’t worry the system shows there is none left. ”
I mean.how hard is it to be just nice to check for customers what they want to find out? And not only that, she didn’t even fold my T-shirt properly. On top of that she didn’t smile at all.
For a shop like Lacoste, I had expected more of customer service than this. There was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT All from this female cashier today!

Wow Crazy busy this time of year, cudos to the great friendly staff that managed to serve the feeling of about 10 people at a time, and still manage to do it with a smile. As its bargain time I felt the need to purchase for both my family and myself. All being different sizes in both tops/polo's and shoes, was pretty impressed at the speedy service. Had to put up with a little bit of squashing around given the amount of customers in store. But that's all part of the sale rush this time of year! Great bargains at the moment!
