I recently visited Lacoste at South Wharf DFO, and I must say the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially the worker wearing the white hat and pink T-shirt. They had great promotions when I shopped and had my size in every product that I purchased. I left the store feeling very satisfied and excited about what I had bought. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for an enjoyable shopping experience, I will be back in the future.
Great shop and variety of stock for men. Very helpful staff. The African girl with the long curly hair was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about the range of products. Thanks for your service.
The female staff who has a butterfly tattoo on her arm gave me so much attitude. Very judgemental and impatient. When I bought my stuff there she threw the bag at me like I was a third class citizen. Maybe she’s had a bad day, or maybe she didn’t like her job here at all. By all means correct me if I’m wrong but when I’m purchasing stuff at the store I am also paying for a good customer service too. Go find god.
Last weekend I was trying to purchase a dress from here. The staff put it on the cashier desk and spilled coffee on the dress. It was one of the other staff who placed the coffee where they put clothes all the time when customers are paying for items. Not only they wasted my 20 mins trying on different sizes after waiting in line, the staff who spilled the coffee was not apologetic at all. She was like whatever and told me another one is coming in next week. You want me to come back when it is your fault? Trying to waste more of my time.
The 2021 Black Friday display is disappointing to me as a long-time female costumer.
1. The female clothing section is reduced a sheer wall, whereas the rest are men’s, leaving me limited options to choose from.
2. The female style is not represented in the front shop window.
3. The dressing mirror is blocked by a lady mannequin, so I had to walk to the men’s section for a mirror.
I understand that there might be reduced stock for women, but there are still ways you could improve to better the customer experience. Good luck!
Absolutely terrible customer service here when I visited the store on 10/11/2020 around 4pm. I spent at least half an hour here to buy polos. I had an eye on many of them and carry like 20 of them on me. And interesting how the 2 people who work here just standing at the counter and chatting and enjoying looking at me without offering no help. Nice and clean store with good things to buy but I expected a much better customer service at least. Have a look at how you treat your customer when you turn up at work everyday. And don’t say that social distancing is a thing to do at that moment. You could have done so much better.
Absolutely useless, couldn’t find the product, waited for 20 minutes for them to sort themselves out then the discount was wrong after she said there was a sale in that item, useless
For a brand outlet the range of shoes available (at least for men) is quite limited. However, the service staff was great and very helpful (especially the Singaporean gentleman)
I was the only customer in the store at 10: 30am this morning, their were two staff members at the counter and a no point was there any offer of assistance, after five minutes I left and spent my dollars elsewhere.
I went into the South Wharf with my friend who is hearing impaired- the man at the counter said hello quietly and she didn’t respond as she had her back to them - he then turned to the man next to him and said yes hello I’m good thank you how are you in a incredibly sarcastic tone - this was on Wednesday. So unprofessional and incredibly rude. These 2 young men need to understand that if they would like to keep their job that everyone is different and most people don’t set out to be rude. Perhaps think next time
