When I first got with Labour power, they were extremely supportive and helpful with my job search and got me in work as soon as the week after, had a bad fallout with the client I was out with earlier today and when I was told they didn’t want me there anymore, I called Labour power for help and to explain the situation. My call was answered by Che, not only was she super helpful, but an amazing speaker who did not leave me in a bad situation. She helped my situation with efficiency and lifted the mood considerably. If you need a smile and a friendly person to help you, I’d highly recommend her, she was an absolute gem and I wish her well in whatever she does. I wish Labour power hired more like her, the 5 star review is solely based on her helpful nature, her smile I could hear over the phone, her supportive language and attitude as well as her willingness to assist me in this moment from the beginning of the call to the end. I am so upset with this recruitment labour power. I have been waiting for so long to get the job. Calling many times before and got promises many times to have a call back. Even I completed my task and had downloaded the apps until I got the ID number. But I never get anything from them. I went to the office and no one to talked to. I think I did everything. Every time I called always have excuses. I felt really bad. And somehow I was thinking discrimination is happening here. Choosing workers by something. I felt really bad and unfair.

Lucky to get work within one working week. Waited nearly two weeks for three references to be contacted. During this time I seeked employment with another agency, providing me with work within one business day.

They require you to sign into work with an app and even then can't manage to pay you properly.

Have had my pay wrong every single week since starting despite calling them twice to confirm my hours directly. They can't even sort out previous back pay before they get another week wrong.

With the app and time sheets it has to just be neglect and an agency that cannot pay you properly isn't worth working for.

Worst agency in victoria, still waiting to be paid. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay away. Unprofessional rude never call back

Stay away from this pathetic agency. They call you in for a interview and say they have a job lined up. Fill out all the paper work and a fit for work test and next minute they say they don't have any vaccines available. Very rude and abrupt staff. Don't waste your time.

I got interviewed and inducted in January and I haven't got a single shift since then! I have been calling and chasing them since a long time and all they do is we will get back to you soon, bye. I'm fed up of waiting since more than a month. No wonder why it has such low ratings.

Worst agency ever. They have new policies every time you call or visit them. My friends are on a student visa they are getting their shifts but I'm also a student and told that I am not eligible for that. The lady at the front doesn't have any manners to talk she said to me ”don't come again, not for you”.

Kelly is the rudest person, In 4 weeks of trying to contact her, she only rang me back once. The other staff are rude and abrupt as well. I don't know how this agency is still running. I am going to email head office and make an official complaint. The people at head office really need to read the reviews for Labourpower Victoria, and Labourpower mulgrave. And next time you call Labourpower, record your call, email the recording to head office, Proof of the agency staff's rude, non-caring attitude

It's an excellent agency that give you job for sure, Saska is a wonderful lady and more like a frnd and responds at any time.

The Worst Agency Ever. Labour Power in Clayton is horrible. The staff is very rude and they are not friendly with the another.

I can't believe how many rude reports they have received on feedback and still the rudeness is still happening.
I was disgusted at the way I was spoken to this morning.
The lady on Monday morning was kind and courtiuess and supportive.
Walked in 2 days later for my appointment and was blown away by the rudeness.
Without us casual jobseekers you wouldn't have a job.
We pay your wage so treat us like humans and show some respect.
Stay well away.
Plenty of other agencies in Mulgrave and surrounding areas.
And you will be treated FAIRLY AND WITH RESPECT.pick up your act L. P.and read your reviews and take some action.

One of my friends recommended me to register with Labourpower in June 2017 and they gave me an ongoing work from the very next week. Later I went on maternity leave and they supported a lot. I am very thankful to the Mulgrave staff and especially the HR Manager.
The staff is very cooperative and understanding.

One of the worst companies in the industry, if it's not the worst. Rude staffs, slow in response, work hours and days will be missing on your payslips, even payslips are not sent out on time, you'll have to chase them for them.

Very bad.better dont work with them.and very gruff.and them give for me wrong tax file number. Really angry

A man in there manager very rude, if you are in cimpany for too long they remove you so you dont get full time job, wages are always missing hours terrible experience with this crew would not recomend unless you are in very bad position! Unbeliveable

The Worst Agency Ever! Labour Power in Melbourne is horrible. Pays are always missing hours. They will pay you for less hours than you actually did. Till today, not paying for my last day of work from 3 weeks ago. Time to call to Fair Work. Never had problem with any other agencies in the past 10 plus years. Beware.you will be working your ass off for free!
