I read most of these comments after almost 4 weeks of no pay and wonder why I ever signed up to such a unprofessional company. I called the office at least 5 times and was informed every time that payroll was at fault and I would have to wait another week to receive my pay… I still don’t have a pay slip or my money. Just to make things worse the admin for this company is rude and stuck up I’m surprised she still has her job. Honestly if I was you I’d look else where to work and I’m expecting labour power to let this comment be, don’t want any apologies just because their name is out their now they didn’t apologize for 4 weeks so I’m not looking for their pity apology.

Worked with Labourpower in awhile and my experience with them is just amazing. Well looked after by then especially this lovely lady Michelle. She took care of everyone and had given good shifts and hours when needed. Highly recommend anyone who’s looking for work to sign up with them.

I have been with Labour power since Novmber last year and I have to appreciate Rawia's effort and dedication to her workers. She is absolutely understanding and an amazing individual.

Gave an interview for a position that was advertised at $30-$33 an hour, office screwed up and put me in a different position with lower pay rate. Not only did they not move me to the position I applied for, but I had to put up with incorrect and unannounced pay cuts and deductions for multiple weeks. Kelly is too busy telling people how hard shes working instead of actually working hard. Told me she'd get back to me about my position on Monday, had to reach out personally on Friday. Avoid if you care about any form of professionalism.

The company has amazing staff members especially Rawia. She is always on a roll and aims to always support her employees. She holds her work ethic to a very high standard and you can see that from her communication and punctuality. Well done Rawia keep up the amazing work you do because its definitely recognized by us

Labour power has always been unavailable to calls for employers. Rawia that is our site manager for allied tulla has been great, shes always available to my calls always understanding with us as mothers she is a great site manager she's always there if we need her mostly when payroll doesnt get our pay on time rawia stresses and does what she can to get it to us asap. Rawia is a great, understanding person and is amazing.

Michelle has always been super friendly and extremely helpful since day dot, much appreciated!

Asked why my payments are wrong and got absolutely blasted by Tanya and still missing pay, got deductions for a police check I paid for and clothing I didn't receive when working with Coles laverton, the place is a disgrace to all work agencies and should be shut down

I was working at coles Laverton for a little over 6 months, I was lucky enough to have Kelly as my on site manager.
She made sure everyone in the workplace felt appreciated and was always easy to communicate with.
Very pleased with having her as my manager.

I were working in one of big distribution centre via labour power for 5 months and my experience was so great while working with labour power. Michelle is so wonderful on site manager. She always look after her staff like family. She supported me so well throughout my journey in DC. Michelle is one of the best, kind and punctual manager I have ever met. I feel blessed to work with Michelle and labour power ️

Based on my experience I have been guided and been given the utter most support! I could not have been happier! Anyone would be fortunate to work with them. When I was in most need Kelly did whatever she could to help me and I appreciate that like nothing else as it's hard to find a manager willing to give so much support to their people

Pays incorrect often.
Worst agency in 20 years.
Miscummunication.
Blame each other.
Wont provide pay detials and employment agreement.
Poor customer service skills.
Go work for Capture or TRP instead.
These guys are disorganized and childish in their communication.

I have worked 6 months for labourpower. I have been very happy and thankful to Michelle for her great service. She has been there for me all the time and been helpfully at all stages during working period.

I highly recommend working with this agency Kelly and Michelle have been so nice and caring with not just me but everyone who have worked with them. Communication is key and they nail it everytime They are very understanding and so so helpful in finding a new job suitable for you if i could stay with them i would but i found a job closer to my place and unfortunately i had to change my agency really grateful for them especially kelly ️ Thanks for everything

Labour Power are the worse to deal with.
They hadn't paid me in 4 weeks and continued to shift blame. When accounts/payroll finally paid the hr rate was incorrect, it had missing worked days and correct hours accounting for overtime and have yet to be reimbursed for the mistake after 3 weeks after it was brought to their attention They're unable to rectify a problem in a timely manner while constantly being juggled around. The longest I was put on hold was close to 3 hours and still didn't get through before they closed for the day[friday]

Problems are
Having recieved time sheets
Payroll screen time sheets and operating in a timely manner.

Suggestions that would help the business operate
Have a direct line to accounts/payroll where payment issues can be resolved quickly.
If time sheets are an issue then to have case managers promptly following up repeatedly.
Pin point the problem causing delayed payments

I’m bringing forth the current affair & the news peeps to investigate this agency, the non payments/under payments has gotta stop. I just need 2 more witnesses. This is a fake name & but you’ll find me on fb with this name and we can go from there
