This company is scam, run by dishonest people.we applied for hajj then covid outbreak came out, we wanted our deposit back and cancel, they refused to give our money back and said have faith in Allah, we overcame sArs virus, this is similar nothing will happen.
We refused to go and they gave us partial refund.
Months later, they got a message from Saudi and had to cancel hajj for everyone.
They told us they refunded fully for the people who waited until the last minute, which makes no sense, who would want to risk $10000 of deposit.

I went with Labbayk travel on my first and very memorable Hajj Trip. They took care of every little detail and I was able to make the best of my Hajj thanks to their sincere support throughout until our safe return. Extremely satisfied.will not go anywhere else. I need to go Umrah asap and it will only be with Labbayk Travel

Such an amazing team, well organized and very helpful. Labbaik staff was attended all the time during Hajj, they never left us even in the most hard times in Jamarat, Arafa, Muzdalfah, Mina and every step in the Hajj, with a daily written instructions in our doors in the hotels.both hotels in Medinah and Mecca were amazing 5 star hotel and very close to Haram.

Bad communication with group and not helpful during hard time.
A guy has been introduced as a team leader during our travel. He was simply sitting in business class and watching us in the flight when my family member offloaded in other country due to sickness. Other passengers in flight supported us rather than the team leader (responsible person). It was heart breaking during pilgrimage. Never expected.

Labaik is the best group in Sydney. I personally loved Madina and Makkah. I find that Jammarat hotel was okay however I feel that it was necessary for people to get ready for Mina and Muzdalifah. Mash Allāh very very good

Alhamdulillah I’m doing Hajj 2018 with Labbaik and it is the best experience so far in every aspect (Lectures in Australia, Correspondence through emails, Group Departure, flight, transit in Dubai, on arrival in Madina, accommodation & food at Pullman Madina, daily Q&A session, lectures and guided tours to ziyaras, notifications on daily basis on room doors, and best buses to move around. What else we need. Alhamdulillah

Used to be good hajj organizer, Their standard gone down. Specially with the food. Meal at Jamarat hotel is just horrible. Had to buy own food.
