8I cannot thank Lab Managed Services enough. Our office computer was acting up. We were told by other companies that we would have to leave it in with them for a week. I contacted Luigi and he said he can do everything remotely and offered to work after hours and by 6: 30pm that evening we were back up and running and the best part is our business could continue doing what we do best. Thanks a million!
Luigi managed to help me sort out an IT issue that the helpdesk could not solve. I spent 48 minutes on the phone with an IT support person and it took Luigi under 2 minutes to solve my issue. Highly recommend.
