All round an amazing pizza option, is usually a bit of a wait but is expected for all pizza places. Amazing chips and ribs to go along with pizza

Pizzas arrive 90min past ezpected delivery time and to top it off the cheese pizza was covered with ham this place has become a joke

Have been eating here for years and used to enjoy their pizzas. In the last year it feels like the quality has dropped a lot. Pizzas have occassionally come very late, along with mixed up orders and missing items. Ordered a hawaian and potato pizza and potato ranged from cooked to raw. Additionally pineapple pieces were half frozen. The pizza itself is often oily or greasy and doesnt taste that great as well. Recommend going anywhere else

Ordered pizza at 6 rang at 7: 30 after been told it will be an hour told it will be ten minutes waited until 8: 30 pizza finally came and it was soggy and half cooked

Ordered at 5.50pm. Called at 7.20pm to check on order. Finally delivered at 745pm. Obviously order was missed. No apology or compensation. This is the second time this has happened to us.
Also second time I have paid for extra mushrooms and no extra mushrooms on the pizza.

I have heard bad things about this place before, such as exploiting their young workers, so I really should have seen this coming.
Anyways, I ordered my 1 pizza (a family pepperoni) at 8: 10pm on Saturday night, and for it to be delivered by 9: 15pm, cost a ridiculous $31 dollars. 9: 15pm rolled around, still no pizza, I give it 15 minutes until at 9: 30pm I decide to ring up. I was on hold for about 5 minutes until a man told me its leaving now and should be 6 or 7 minutes away. It was not 6 or 7 minutes away, instead it finally arrived at 10pm, 45 minutes after the agreed upon time. Not only was the pizza delivered extremely late, the 3 of us who ate it suffered food poisoning, so that was just a great way to ruin our Sundays.
If you are looking for a pizza place that has poor service, gets you sick and doesn't care about their workers nor their customers, then this is the place for you!
Otherwise stay away at all costs, go to Da Vinci's in Diamond Creek, or even Dominos, at least you can get a pizza on time!

Poor customer service and professionalism. Ordered with an estimated 60 minute wait for delivery. At 75 minute wait with no contact, called to enquire as to how far away it was. Was told by the female employee on the phone that it was another "10-15 minutes wait mate". At almost a full hour after estimated time, was told "don't know when it will get to you, might be another 10-15 minutes" as they were 2 delivery drivers down, but still expect to receive full payment including $10 delivery fee for inadequate service. Won't be ordering again, and will be passing this feedback onto others.

Food is great (when and if delivered hot) but delivery times are horrendous. Delivery can be an hour after the original 75 minute estimate.

We mainly do pick up because during peak hour you could be waiting a while. Best pizza in Diamond Creek, Never let's us down.

Long term customer of 7 years ordering at least once fortnightly. In that time, have only ever had 2 half burnt pizza's. Can't really say any bad except when I can't get through on the phone during peak times.

Long term customer but that may change. Why has your delivery fee doubled in price ($10+) when all other local pizza restaurants are only charging $5-6?

Pizza is great but delivery is not. Plan you ordering for delivery 1 hour before you start to get hungry as it can take 1.5 hours or longer to get a deliver that is only 10 minutes from your home.

Ordered at 8pm food never came. Order was confirmed for delivery 70 minutes after we placed our order. No contact. No food and Not Happy. House full of hungry people. Can’t contact anyone regarding this as they don’t pickup the phone messaged their Facebook account and messages seen and not replied to! Absolutely atrocious behaviour!

Really good pizza with quality ingredients, and very tasty. Would suggest greatly, even their more unique pizzas like Mexican is incredible.

Quoted 40 minutes for delivery. Took 2hrs & 20 minutes. Not happy, & burnt pizza. Sorry not good enough.

Good pizza but always way over the delivery estimated times they give by at least 40-70mins. Really disappointing when you have hungry kids to feed.
