Pizzas have been progressively getting smaller as the topping is further away from the crust, thinner and missing extras more then 50% of the time, when you call them about missing items they just give false promises about next time.aren't half as good as the diamond creek store.not to mention they blame you for not rectifying there mistakes instead of taking responsibility for themselves

Have had pizza from La Sera several times was a bit disappointed this time wasn't as good as usual No problems with the delivery

Got a simple theory if you can't make Parma right you can't make anything right. I got a pic of the parma attached for your viewing pleasure. The chips were atrocious the chicken was dead and might as well have died again the way it was made. It was burnt and quite honestly the worst parma I have had in my 3years here.
Please do yourself a service and don't order parma here walk down the street and order somewhere else or just but a frozen one from Woolworths and make at home.

I have been purchasing capriciosa pizza from La sera Doreen for 7 years since I moved to Doreen. Always tasted the same. Tonight I had the worst pizza. Tasted nothing like a capriciosa. The sauce tasted like Rosella tomato sauce, no olives and large slices of onions. I will not purchase from la sera again

The special was special! Nice crispy base, not heavy at all.combination of toppings worked and hit the spot! Thoroughly enjoyed every piece, thank you

La Sera is always good, always satisfies & are some of the most reliably delicious pizzas I've eaten. You won't be disappointed.

Simply the most DISGUSTING pizza I've ever had. Too much topping and under cooked. That's why I stick to O Sole Mio.

Delicious pizza. Have been a once’s a week go to for take out. Pasta excellent, Parma excellent, pizza excellent. A must to try those that haven’t tried.

Amazingly delicious pizza, friendly service and absolute legendary staff. Had a really bad day and asked for smiles to be drawn on the box. They covered the box in smiles and turned my day around.

Very good pizza, my favourite place to go in Doreen for pizza and I love their fries and chicken parma, very big portions but amazing!

Pizza took way longer than we were told for pick-up. Asked for no capsicum and was loaded with capsicum. Tandoori chicken pizza tasted like plain chicken, no taste at all, and pizza was soggy. Very disappointed.

They're quick, they get your order right and normally know who you are and what you normally order after you've called a few times. Plus their pizza's are wicked

Yesterday (11.07.2020) I got a tandoori chicken pizza from La Sera Pizza Doreen. It was absolutely poorly made. It was literally trash. It was the nastiest tandoori chicken pizza I had in my entire life. In the menu, it was stated that it’s marinated tandoori chicken. It didn’t even have a slight taste of tandoori at all. It was absolutely disgusting. The chicken wasn’t even seasoned with salt and pepper. I contacted the store and spoke with a manager named Jack. I was told that it’s their way of making the pizza. I’m truly disappointed with their customer service. The manager was extremely rude. I even had to go to the store because they didn’t resolve the problem when I complained over the phone. It was such a horrible experience. Would never ever order from there!

My review from 2 years ago was 5 stars whoever I'm dropping that to three after having to wait more than 1.5 Hrs for Pizza delivery, the last three times I ordered online. Otherwise it's good pizza at a good price and the staff there are pretty good too.

Waited over 90mins for a single pizza, and when it arrived it was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and half the topping was stuck to the top of the box. Our first time ordering delivery, and we wont be using the service or the restaurant again. For $25 a pizza you’d expect better. Absolutely disgraceful that you would let food leave your restaurant in a half cooked state, just glad we didn’t order chicken!

The absolute worst pizza and service. They took almost two hours to deliver the pizza.

In an attempt to clearly impress us even further, they were also short a pizza and couldn't even get the pizza sauces right as per our order. La Sera absolutely suck. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Do yourselves a favour. Go to any other pizza place. You might get it quicker if you order from Yugoslavia.

Excellent pizzas! We ordered a couple of pizzas for new years eve and requested them to be thin and crunchy crust. And boy were they delicious! The smaller size ones are perfect for one person (if you're trying to avoid excessive calories while also wanting to indulge in a pizza). Will definitely order from here again.

The Aussie pizza is to die for.yet they can't cook a simple garlic bread! 3x in a row.the garlic bread was burnt to a crisp! After the 4th time I complained.got a free garlic bread after showing photos. I'm local.so I'd still go back.but hell.who burns garlic bread 3 times?

Found a piece of meat of some sort on vegetarian pizza, rang the store just be advised that special attention is only paid upon asking for any religious or dietary requirements. Isn't word VEGETARIAN considered dietary requirement? Very disappointing. Avoid this place.

Waited an hour for delivery no pizza arrived call the shop they say driver has been no-one was home after another 2 times of this I finally got my pizza stone cold and with no drink that I ordered
