La Porchetta Hastings (Take away & delivery only)

Service was appalling dinner size has been reduced to 1/2 not very impress with how the staff were didn’t know the difference between milk shake and thick shake it use to be on of our favourite place to eat not any more

Ordered 3 medium pizzas, 2 flour base and 1 with a GF base. All pizzas were extremely dry, toppings didn't appear or taste fresh. Had no choice but to consume the food as it was after 8pm and we are staying at an AirB&B on holiday. Won't be going back there again.

Terrible pizza we ended up putting it in the trash. Have had a better meal from Domino's would not recommend.

Food was great, table service was a little slow considering there was hardly anyone there (Covid restrictions)

If you want your food the day you order it don't order delivery. 3 hours and my pizza still not here

Lovely fresh pizza, lovely confident waitess. Only thing was the surcharge for a public holiday was not advertised anywhere. Took us by surprise.

Food was delicious, service staff were cheery and helpful. Prices were a little high for the location (e.g. Small pizza was same price as a large pizza at shop 100m away).

Thankyou La Porchetta Hastings for a very delicious meal of Cannelloni and Salad! Such a big serve and filled me up nicely. Pasta was perfectly cooked and not soggy. The sauce was tasty and the filling was really yummy. The salad was fresh and crisp. The lovely delivery man had read my comment regarding my delivery request and acted so professionally. Will definitely be ordering again.

Disappointed. I am fructose and wheat intolerant and had very limited options for dinner. Other La Porchetta restaurants at least have a plain tomato sauce/paste which can be used on a (GF) pizza or as substitute for another sauce. They did not. Also, some items were premade so they couldn't make fresh without garlic or onion.
My husband and friend enjoyed their meals at least as they have no food restrictions.

These guys are awesome, takeaway is always fresh, delivered hot and on time, salads are always quality.

Dine in service is equally as good!

You can tell this restaurant is managed by people who know what they are doing.

We ordered the T-bone (medium rare) and the beef ragu gnocchi. We were unable to enjoy either dish - the gnocchi had so much pepper it was barely edible and the only beef in it was four 20cent size pieces. There was nothing medium rare about the steak.overcooked in some areas and some how blue in others. The chips were also soggy, weren't fresh and the mushrooms in the mushroom gravy weren't cooked through properly.

The delivery person didn't knock or notify us that our food was there. The delivery app (menu log) wasn't even updated to show some sort of indication.maybe not at fault of La Porcetta but they definitely need to be trained better in deliveries especially now that theres no contact.

I'm hoping it was just an off night but we're thoroughly disappointed and hope they don't treat all deliveries with such a great lack of care.

But I mean hey, at least the dog enjoyed the steak!

Ordered a $140 meal that got completely forgotten by the store. Called them up 30 minutes after the estimated order time and they said they'd just put it into the oven. Order ended up an entire hour late and I missed curfew time because of this, ending up in me getting fined as I couldn't make it back to my block in time. Very disappointed in this store

I highly recommend LaPorchetta Hastings. The man that runs the place is always really friendly and the garlic and cheese pizza is to die for!

La Porchetta is known for Italian and they do deliver great Italian food.
Homey atmosphere and enticing smells traveling from the kitchen as you wait for your meal.
Cocktails for the drinkers but non-alcoholic drinks for the non-drinkers.
Friendly staff and hard working as I watched them darting around the restaurant, asking if the food is good and working hard to get everyone their orders.
I was expecting a bit more for my seafood platter but with the eggplant chips, it was really filling and delicious.
There was a minor annoyance when I asked for the calzone and they came back to tell me they didn't have any or the tiramisu as well, so I got the lemon meringue but then my calzone came out and we were confused as we were told there was none.
It seems that maybe one was cooking and they went to the back to look for it and then came out and told us there was none when there was.
They know who said it and as a way of saying sorry, they gave me the lemon meringue for free which is the way it should be when there is a mistake.
Very clean as well.
Can't remember if there was music playing or not.
They have somewhere to eat outside as well.
My fruit tingle cocktail was delicious as well.

Ate here last week with my partner and two boys. Service was great, food was good and was very affordable.

We definitely be back guys.

Steve and his staff are great. We have been eating there since day one of opening. The food is 1st class. Highly recommended.

Service was pretty bad, they gave our order of two cheesy garlic breads to the table next to us, then gave us ours, but only one. Took them ages to bring out the second, it came at the same time as our food.
The actual food was pretty alright for la porchetta

Food was absolutely amazing, very quick & friendly service.
