La Lupa Romana

If you want traditional Italian food at a reasonable price then I highly recommend La Lupa Romana. Food was amazing even my fussy kids loved the pizza. Definitely going back again.

We finally found Authentic Italian Pizza that you just need to eat more of once you have stuffed it in your face.
The pizza crust is sooo good and has a smokey taste from the oven, the sweet tomato base flavour reminded me of Tuscany and the toppings are simple, home made and delicious.
Great staff and wonderful service.
I am going back again and again and cant wait to try everything else on the menu!
You wont be disappointed!

Good food but a bit of a weird atmosphere.
Their pizza oven is being upgraded, so we weren't able to order pizzas or any kind of entree bread (garlic bread or bruschetta) despite them being on the menu.
We really enjoyed the pastas. Lasagna portions were huge! Coffee, tea and hot chocolates after the meal were a perfect way to finish the night.

If you love traditional style pizza. This is the only place you need. Amazing wood fired pizza that will not disappoint. A nice and quiet place to eat in or take away if you must. You must try this pizza.

Disappointing. Today I ordered the SPQR with no meat (as I’m vegetarian) but can with hardly any mushrooms and no rocket. Last week ordered my fave Zucca but they have changed it from roasted pumpkin to a pumpkin purée. That was really disappointing. Time for a new pizza shop unfortunately.

La Lupa serves amazingly delicious, authentic Italian meals in a cosy & welcoming setting. I found all the staff to be very friendly & attentive, without being intrusive & definitely be visiting again, either to dine in or take away, very soon!

Great pizza, awesome pasta, not exactly cheap but you get what you pay for though. Never been disappointed

Too noisy, waiter totally forgot about us all night - had to call him over to get drinks! Again, we had to remind him to order our food.finally got our drinks after our 1st course! Food was average. Never going again.

Got takeaway and the Lassana didn't even fill half the small container it came in. I rang up to complain and the manager told me all slices are that small.absolute joke $24 for 6,8 mouthfuls

OMG! I was so disappointed with this food. What was meant to be a yummy creamy spaghetti carbonara was a few disgusting big fat penne tubes with a tonne of pepper dumped on top. Not edible. If I could post a pic I would. So bad.

Fantastic pasta and pizzas. We got takeaway and my guests unanimously declared that it was the best Italian food they’d had in ages. Minor booking difficulties were promptly sorted out by Linda. 10/10

Had a caprese salad which was quite basic and Buffalo mozzarella was frozen in the middle, chunck of ice on mozzarella. Gnocchi with 4 cheese sauce somewhat watery. Pizzas ok. Not terribly impressed. Will not return.

Italian my a*s.service terrible. Pizzas ordinary (base was like pita bread) not cut so we had to tear them apart. Wine was more like a whine and the dessert menu was a joke. Don't even get me started on the macchiato which turned out like a babycino. Whatever happened to the original owner who used to hire Italian chefs and waiting staff? Nothing Italian about this restaurant. Should turn it into a Chinese takeaway joint.seeing as the chef is Asian anyway. Don't bother with this.

Very good thin base, generous toppings and great tasting pizzas.price is reasonable, shop is small and cosy.

Got charged $9 for tap water. How much must you be struggling to charge people for tap water.

Food was really good. Service was very slow and hard to get a waiters attention. I had to go to the main counter and was met by a grumpy chef.

Ordered chicken scallapinie got chicken schnitzel with some spicy vegetables.
Didn’t eat it and won’t be going back very disappointed.

Seriously the best Italian around. The food is so so delicious and the price is reasonable. Service is always really excellent and super friendly. Definitely recommend!

I called and made a booking with a lady yesterday for tonight, I have just arrived for my booking to find out they are closed… their website also says they are open… frustrating!

We went there for the first time on Saturday night and will definitely make this place a regular visit! Incredibly friendly staff, authentic food, great atmosphere. This place was a little stand alone gem. They catered well for our young children and we felt we definitely got value for money. Parking was easy and right outside.bellissimo!
