La Figure Lingerie

Hi, I bought a Triumph all in one (bodysuit) from you in April 2020. I need another one but I am now in New South Wales. I should have come when I was in Melbourne (visiting) but the left side near breast has worn and torn only since I left. Could sew but it’s wearing out in other places. Such good quality that it has lasted over 3 years. I only have the one. I wash it once a week. Is it possible to get one sent up and pay for it by credit card? I think it was a size 24 but not sure what cup. You had to order it in for me. I wonder if you have a record of that order, under the name Fiona Cardosi. I’ve checked my current one for a size label but the only label just says ‘Triumph’. A very good brand! Had body suits only for over 50 years. I don’t fancy converting to bra and control panties.

I have actually purchased from them before
Lady asked me my size and I told her
She said she does stock a few but Camberwell junction might have some
She called and none!
I am definitely not severely obese
I ended up saying maybe they need to rename their shop
She didn’t offer to even measure me
Suggested I try another shop
She really couldn’t be bothered
I have actually been vaccinated 4 times
I won’t be back
Hopefully you will sell all of your shop full of bras NOT

As is if you get annoyed walking into a store near closing time and they tell you they're closing soon ‍️

Went looking for help with correct fitting for a bra - staff member was rude and did not attempt to offer to measure, engage about look or their stock - very unhelpful - will not bother going back.

A few weeks ago as the shops were reopening again for business, my daughter needed new bras. We walked in at 3.40 and the store was closing at 4. As we walked in the 1st greeting was “ Just to let you know, we’re closing in 15 min” Not a “ good afternoon, let me know if I could help you”
I was a little disappointed but continued to look around expecting maybe somebody was going to help me. But nothing!
All she was doing was counting her till.
We walked out very annoyed. Not even a goodbye! I was so angry. I shopped there for years and really happy with the service.
I felt like I was a real a nuisance to her.
I thought maybe people would be happy going back to work.

La Figure is amazing! Once you’ve been here & left with perfectly fitting bras in under 10 minutes you’ll understand. Service 10/10 very helpful without being pushy & a range to suit all ages. I will be back again & again

I feel sorry for the owner.staff not friendly pushing away loyal customers once is enough to not go back there.

Not a great shopping experience. I went in to shop for bras on a Sunday afternoon, the shop assistant couldn't be less interested in my needs (oh yes, wait, the assistants the following week) couldn't even be bothered helping me look for another bra in the size I requested. One just said "bras on the racks is all we've got). Bought three bras for total of $180 and left feeling very underwhelmed.
I went shopping for better fitting bras elsewhere one week later only to be told I was wearing a completely ill fitting bra. The assistant at the last shop spent 30mins helping me try on bras and choosing styles and sizes she thought would fit me better. Very poor show La Figure.shop assistants if you're bored and disinterested, do yourselves and my pocket, a favour.find another job.
