Been coming here for over a year and always a 5/5, i have some issues with my hands and have trouble relaxing them and the nail techs are always so patient and understanding and still do an amazing job

I find the service pretty poor and when you point out about something not being right they start speaking to each other in their own language.very obviously saying something about you. Their attitude is the worst. I'm a local but won't be going back. There's a great place in Elsternwick called Lovely Nails where the staff are friendly and the quality is great. Will go back there from now on!

Brilliant job. Always very professional. The salon is immaculately clean and I have never had a bad experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Really poor attention to detail, no communication. Left feeling like I'd wasted my money and time going there. Would not recommend.

I have been a regular and loyal client for the past year and a half. Really disappointed with todays service. Im not after perfection but I expect a decent job. My sns nails were rushed and I left the salon with 4 cuts and a few fingers bleeding. More of my skin was filed than my nails. My nails were left looking lumpy and uneven as half the steps were overlooked to get the job done quicker. The top coat wasnt covering the full nail. I was told its done and I can go after paying in full and i had to ask several times to please fix or can I have the polish to fix myself. I understand it depends on the technician you get, some are fine but others have been quite rough. I am not one to make a fuss and always hope for the best. Just a really upsetting overall experience. I understand accidents happen but not when you get cut repeatedly then it becomes carelessness. Some accountabilty needs to be taken. 24hrs on and my finger is completely inflamed and throbbing. I should not have to come home to disinfect my fingers and keep applying antiseptic cream evey few hours to avoid a further infection. You have a duty of care please take better care of your clients and not rush to fit more clients in. Thank you!

Worst experience ever, the lady who was doing my pedicure have a big discussion with another lady about my Hallux Valois using tai language! I feel super uncomfortable! After I told her my feet was born like this, she continue to talk about my feet with the lady sitting next to her, instead of doing pedicures, she examined my feet like a doctor while talking to another lady using a completely different language that I don’t understand for 15 minutes! I felt like I was in hell! It is just Hallux valgus! This is body discrimination!

Yes I used to go over two years ago and swore I would never came back. When someone told me you have the real hard gel I decided to go again and see if the service had changed but it hasn’t and in fact it hasn’t gotten worse. Staff are aggressive with your nails, they are rude and lie about appointment making. Not to mention My nails and hands were left ruined and dry because of their poor skill set and lack of care. My grandmother has not been to you salon in over a year for the same reason and my mother certainly won’t be coming back. Disgusting! 1 star is too high of a rating for this nail salon!

The best salon for colourful nails or nail art. Always very busy to attest for the quality of their services.

I used this business as I'd heard good things. Got my nails done with SNS and all of them lifted off.
I won't be using these guys again.

Went here a couple of days ago, had high expectations due to reading good reviews. Unfortunately did not get the same vibes. Came on time and had to wait outside for over 10+ minutes then asked to pick a colour just to go back outside to wait some more. Eventually started my appointment 30 minutes later than my initial time. Very unorganised system. The lady who did my nails was very rough and when I made several comments that she’s hurting me, she did not care. Overall not happy. Don’t know if I’ll come back.

Great nail salon, lovely helpful staff who actually listen and you get what you ask for. Had my nails done, look amazing and even had my eye lash extensions done there to. Winning! First time for me and they look great, very natural

I have been going to La Boheme for many years. The ladies are super friendly and very accommodating. They have an amazing selection of colours in polish, shellac and SNS. The designs they can do are great. Sarah is my favourite technician, very highly recommended

While the quality of the job is satisfactory, the service is pretty poor. You feel like you're a cog in a machine and noone is attending to you properly. What should take max. 1 hour ends up taking 2 because or lack of efficiency. I'm so disappointed with my dealings here and I'm left feeling very frustrated with the carelessness of the staff.

I have had decent service here in the past and been happy with my nails but my recent experience is that they rush like they are running late for the bus. Really messy shellac and rushed nails. When people pay money for a service, they expect that you provide such and it just isn't good enough to do a dingy job in under half hour.

The best nail salon this side of the city! I’ve been seeing Sarah for years and years and I’d never go anywhere else. She’s fast but also does an amazing job and she’s also very proud of her work so you know it’s always going to be the BEST job! I really can’t fault Sarah on her work at all. So friendly and will do any design I ask of her. 100% rating for Sarah at La Boheme?

Very busy place but they did a pretty good job and price is reasonable.
Have to book otherwise quite a long wait.
