This is easily the best butcher in the area and one of the top butchers in Melbourne. I used to travel a fair distance to go to some other butchers that are far more expensive and don’t always have time to get you what you need if you’re after a custom order.
Luke and the team not only have a great selection but they’ll specially prepare just about anything for you either on the spot or with a day’s notice for more complicated stuff. Another big plus is that it is one of the very few places in Melbourne that understand smoking/BBQ cuts and have everything you need in stock.
And finally the key reason I go here religiously is that given all the above the prices are GREAT. I won’t go anywhere else these days.

First purchase today and will definitely be coming back for more.

Amazing ham this Christmas. I typically buy a supermarket ham which might be cheaper, but this ham was next level. Worth every cent, and extra special knowing they made it themselves.

I discovered the lads at L&Ls during one of our many lockdowns, having to break my habit of going to South Melb Market and explore options within our 5kms. I've never looked back. The quality of the meat is excellent and great value considering how good it is. Key highlights are the range of incredible steaks (house dry-aged T-bones and rib-eyes a favourite), sausages, bacon and Christmas hams, but it's all fantastic. Well done L&Ls!

Hands down the best butcher in Bentleigh area.
Best selection of cuts available and above all very curteous, polite, kind and honest.
The pork ribs I bought had a tear in the packaging and I had not even realized it. But the gentleman there changed and gave me a new packet and also did not charge me anything extra.
Rare to find such honest people around and a big shout to his honesty.

A newbie to L&L who was introduced by my brother in law, and all I can say is WOW-WEE! Doesn't matter what we get, it's beyond amazing. Not only is it quality produce that tastes delicious, but great customer service too! Seriously, won't find anything better!
