Kyneton Toyota went above and beyond on making us feel welcome everytime we've been there. Dave knows his job front to back and looked after us greatly as nothing was a problem when we purchased our Prado off him. The service team are quick & reliable and friendly like everyone there. We will have no doubt about continuing our support for this great dealership.

Unfortunately a simple 1st car service took all day. When the estimated pickup was 2 hours. When contacted still not finished after 4 hours as we waited in vain to be contacted when the job was completed 50minutes later. As we don`t live locally our service will be done elsewhere in future. Customer service is very poor!

Having had my VX Landcruiser serviced by the team at Kyneton Toyota I could not recommend the company any more than say their service is 1st clasd. When all buisneses fail on this area in recent times I is refreshing to see old fashioned service. Done team.

They are decent people. The dude we deal with, Nathan Thompson, is always super helpful and polite and not at all pushy greasy salesman type. He gives us a good deal. My reason for taking off a star is because their services are perfunctory at best. Although this doesn't translate into an issue as Toyota's are the best cars and never break down (a friend had a gearbox blow up at 600,000kms- must have got a lemon) and so we never have a trouble, its pretty annoying to pay for a service that gets you a very bad car clean and no car for a couple hours and that's it.
Once we complained about something and they said oh you should have had this changed every service! And we were like huh, funny that. It's only ever been serviced at your joint.

Excellent service by the staff, sales manager, service manager & Principal Dealer. I had an issue stemming from a warranty repair that I raised with the Dealer Principal via email. He called me within a couple of days (immediately upon his return from leave) and sorted everything out straight away, without any arguments. Since then both the sales and service managers and staff have been nothing short of extraordinary, maintaining the RITE philosophy (Respect. Integrity. Teamwork. Excellence.). Have recommended family to buy from them and will continue to do business for many years to come.

We bought a wonderful car at a very reasonable price. Our salesman, Clinton treated us as VIP customers and was considerate and respectful towards us. We felt we mattered to this business. Thank you Clinton. You are the best.

I suggest getting your car looked at by a 3rd party within your 3 day cooling off period. Or save yourself the stress and buy at another dealer

Not a good experience I was after a used car and was told they had one I might be interested in and they would send me the details I didn't hear back and so I rang them again and was promised details of a used car that might suit me but again never heard back

Just received our new RAV4 Hybrid thanks to Jordon and the rest of the team at Kyneton Toyota.

Everything was perfect and done painlessly and an added bonus was the price that we got it for - we had been to other dealers who did the "can't give you anymore for your trade-in" line but Kyneton Toyota managed to beat them all. THANKS

Bought a RAV4 here in 2015, was blown away by the service at the time. Sorting out details of finalising the end of the car loan today, 5 years later, and got cracking service again. Laura in particular is really switched on. Would recommend.

Purchased two vehicles fro them and they made me believe the vehicles where ready in stock and they where not, disappointed with the new car sales, making someone believe that something is going to happen.at the time it was very busy for them but no excuse.

Contacted Clinton to express interest in vx cruiser. He asked for images of trade for valuation. Sent heaps of photos and description. Heard nothing for several days, called again, spoke with Clinton. Hadn’t sent images to valuers yet but would do so that night and call that night or next morning. Heard nothing. Car sold today to other party. Still no contact. How to lose a sale and a client, Very disappointed and unimpressed.

Although I bought my car at a different dealer, Kyneton Toyota perform the regular servicing. The team are professional, kind and courteous. The showroom and waiting areas are clean and polished. I have never seen a cleaner workshop! After a service, I always feel like I'm driving a new car - the work is that good.

Stay away from these guys worst experience drove almost 2 hrs to buy a hilux that l put a deposit on and the car had damage never told about this

Amazing customer service from the team! Special thanks to Clinton also team from service. My car was making rattle sounds and they fixed this for me straight away, drove me and picked me up form work as well, while driving home I noticed they even cleaned my car in and out (plus a thank you lolly bag) even though I did not have a proper service! They are really helpful and genuine, unlike a lot car dealers these days. Definitely will be back for services and new car! Thank you team!
