Kyneton Nails Spa and Beauty

I am so happy to have found Ly and her team, the best nail technicians around. My nails look beautiful for weeks never a chip or a crack, I recommend them to anyone.

Have been going here for ages, they are absolutely fantastic. Brilliant business owner and her clever and friendly staff, great treatments and services, premises always super clean, bright and light, highly recommend!

My friend and I had our nails and eyelashes done here. The owner, Ly, was so friendly and her team were lovely and quick. We were very happy with the results, and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

These people have no idea what booking an appointment means. The day I went, with a booked appointment, 3 more people arrived all booked at the same time with only 2 staff working. Rather than say something to us by way of explanation or an excuse they told us all to have a seat. They could only work on 2 people at a time so 20 minutes went by before one of the ladies asked how long they would be. The girls didn’t answer but spoke to each other and the poor woman was left wondering. In the end she said she would leave but that staff should I form her upon arrival if any delays. The girls completely ignored her and let her walk out the door without any apology. The man who had been there the whole time (owner, manager?) did not offer anything either. Just shocking. I have been going to this place for years but today was my last time. It’s appalling and disappointing as the girls do good work. The service is just woeful.

I loved the atmosphere here, however, what ever they use in the foot spa has caused my feet to crack, dry up and bleed not even a day after having it done. I'm in so much pain, I fear I'm going to me limping around in for Christmas, I'm not happy about that. I dont think I'll visit again

A while ago I published the below review. I want to amend the review as I have been reflecting on that time. I went to get my nails done that day and I was not in a great place. My mum had passed away recently and I was very sad. When the appointment didn't go well I was unusually put out by the experience. I jumped the gun and wrote my review and I wish I had of just left it or spoken to the people in the store first. I like this shop and think they do a good job, I'm sorry I wrote a reactionary review that didn't represent my overall experience of your products and services.

I often come to kyneton nails and spa and it’s usually really good. Today I asked for some nail art which they said they could do. Unfortunately the person rushed the job, didn’t do a good job and then charged me $130 for it. When I asked for some bits to be fixed up I was told it was too late. I’m really sad I got ripped off, I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great place for personal professional services. Friendly staff always welcoming even to walking.
