Kyneton District Health Service reviews
16The team that looked after me late at night were so wonderful, kind and professional. You never want a reason to go to urgent care, but if you have one I wouldn't hesitate.
The image of the anti climate people on the bridge has nothing to do with the hospital, infact it shows their lack of respect for the hospital and their wonderful staff, Mathew Phelan, you are a tool for using the hospital to spread your propaganda
Thank you Kyneton hospital, I was admitted for an painful finger injury, exceptional nursing staff, meals 4 star quality, thank you for your care.
Thank you so much to the kind and caring staff at Kyneton hospital. My recent stay was made so much more comfortable with the highly professional and caring staff. They were very attentive and happy to help.
In the past, I have loved KDHS. I've been many times as a patient with no fault.
However, recently.my experience has been terrible. When trying to book covid test they have been very rude, patronising and show no compassion or ability to triage, very disappointing.
I found the whole experience to be 5 star, I had a day procedure, and all of the nurses were great, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to the doctors who explained everything prior and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had.
I would like to thank the Kyneton Hospital staff for their dedicated care for my mother this past week, she had the best treatment, and staff were always polite and obliging when I made enquiries.
Visited Kyneton Hospital multiple times and always been looked after in the best possible way. Thanks
How brave of the nurse who gave our daughter a COVID test at around 2pm to be so incredibly rough with her! Came home in tears and afraid. What a disgrace! Surely, you’d have some compassion and demonstrate better care for a 6 year old child!
I was admitted for a day procedure and was extremely impressed with process, brilliant staff and hospital - haven’t been there for a few years and the change was noticeable- the experience was very positive and pleasant under the circumstances. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
Cant thank the night shift ladys enough. Top quality care would highly recommend anyone to see these lovely people.
Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, service, facilities and equipment offered to help loved ones in need
Palcare nurses go above and beyond
Went in for nasal surgery and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and accommodating all the staff were. My operation was a success and though I was able to leave later on in the day I still appreciate the efforts of everyone who made my stay a worthwhile one. Thanks again!
Had health scare last night called 000 ambulance came at around 10.00Pm previous week same except sent to Melbourne this time given previous history taken to Kyneton hospital met by Jenny in emergency cannot believe what what this person did for me in the next six hours before l finally went off to sleep, kept checking on me contacted local doctor rang wife and updated on situation gave ongoing advice and continually monitored situation. Left in the morning before l woke up so couldn't thank her for the treatment we are so lucky to have such dedicated people in Kyneton. All other staff were unbelievable thanks to all
Before, throughout and after my surgery the staff and nurses were friendly and very attentive. I usually hate being in hospitals but was surprised to actually enjoy my day and night stay at Kyneton.
Start of a clinical assessment with a first time mother - a vulnerable person who had attended your hospital for help - should NOT be a 7 minute lecture about being a bad mother for not attending hospital earlier. It only serves to make her feel shame and guilt. Was it not obvious that she needed support, and that is why she was at your hospital? Why does this building exist when so many people in the community have nothing but bad things to say about it. If you're reading this review en route to this hospital: do yourself the favor and drive south on the freeway to Sunshine, RMH, Royal Women's, etc. A visit to the Kyneton Hospital is an unnecessary delay in the treatment you're looking for.
