Did a heap of research into saunas and you can spend a lot of money on them. Kylin isn't the cheapest but the price is super competitive. We bit the bullet and ordered the two person version. When we opened the boxes we knew we had made the correct decision, the packaging was first class and it was obvious they take care of the product.

It took me about 1 hour to build, with my wife helping for 15 mins, really easy to put together.

We have used it every day so far, I can't talk about its longevity but we are both really happy at this stage, and as it's carbon pads there is no moisture so we can read books when we are in it.

Fantastic! Got the far infa red sauna sent to Southern South Australia and best decision I ever made for health, very easy to set up, eco packaged which was fantastic touch…impressive quality, precision build, beautiful finish, great communication and patience with all my endless questions.and the hype is real about far infrared.within two saunas my chronic shoulder pain is gone! I can rotate it without it hurting and can even lie on it! By my fourth sauna time it had stopped clicking! Absolutely game changer, first time in years I am pain free in back, shoulder, hip and knee! Within a week! My psoriasis is also cleared up alot and i noticed the pores on my nose are tighter which is something i didnt think was dermalogically possible…so yeah to say I am beyond thrilled is an understatement. Speakers are great quality too and there is provision for plugging headphones as well if you dont want others to hear the speakers. Oh and colour therapy too! Both Nice touches. So Yes, Thankyou Kylin!

We recently bought the Kylin 2 Person ultra low EMF sauna. Crystal from Kylin was very helpful and easy to deal with. She answered all our questions and arranged the invoices and delivery for us also. Our sauna arrived in two flat packs, and my husband and I put it together in a couple of hours. It was quite simple to put together, however clipping the panels together whilst guiding them in the track was a little tricky. We actually enjoyed the install process, and now we are enjoying using the sauna too. The overall quality of the Sauna has impressed us, and my husband tested the EMF using the meter he has. It is indeed ultra low as advertised.
