I recently had my business cards printed by Kwik Kopy Thomastown and am very happy with the service I received. Nev was very prompt with his replies and the turnaround time was only a few days (would've have been quicker if I hadn't decided on a last minute amendment). I highly recommend Kwik Kopy Thomastown. The woman at the front desk seemed to be very busy and I asked if I could get a price on having some printing done. She advised that she was very busy and went on to say "As you can see I'm the only one here".
I advised very politely that I wasn't expecting my print right away and that I was happy to return. With apprehension she asked to have look at what I required and as she was placing the USB in her hard drive I advised that it was only a small job. It was a special card and that I only required 1 piece. She looked up at me (with a "You're wasting my time look on her face") and told me that I would be looking at a minimum of at least $50 and that their machinery was very large etc.
So I replied that I thought $50 was a little too much, thanked her for her time and I walked out. She basically couldn't wait to be rid of me and I walked out feeling very upset. I get that she was busy and perhaps she was left in the premise on her own HOWEVER there was no need for her to be so rude and fob me off even before knowing how small my job was.
Customer Service was absolutely disgusting and I would never go back to the Thomastown branch.
Funny enough when I got in the car I phoned Kwik Kopy in Coburg and the staff were so AMAZING. They printed my card the very next day and they treated me with such respect and guess what? My one little card cost $8.80 and they treated me like a million dollar customer.
Perhaps Thomastown should take a leaf out of Coburg stores book and learn to respect all customers - Big or Small.

This Kwik Kopy is very good. I often send print jobs to them and they are fast becoming a favourite supplier.

If I could give less then 1star I would.glen is the lowest bloke goin and the service are shocking.

I had a last minute job I needed printed, and I was able to get it printed on the spot. Lovely service and quality printing.

Placed a small print job on Friday afternoon and was told it would be complete before 12pm on Monday. Had a courier booked for Monday afternoon to deliver the printed materials interstate. Monday mid morning received a call from Kwik Kopy saying the print job wouldnt be ready until the afternoon because they were busy. Left with no options courier had to be cancelled and deadline for delivery missed. Rebooked courier for next morning. Kwik Kopy rang in afternoon to let me know print job was ready. Had to rush there before they closed at 4: 30pm eventhough it says 5pm on the web. Got there just in time and found one of the covers was cut roughly and top edge was torn. Clearly no one had even checked the quality of the work. Lady apologised and said it was too late to print another cover. She tried to fix cover with an extra cover they had printed but the extra cover was also torn (although not as bad as the previous one). With no options besides come back tomorrow (which was now impossible) I had to leave with a bad quality print job which was late for delivery. Poor outcome, poor quality, poor delivery. They had no issue charging full price though and made no attempt at rectifying the situation. Clearly the print job was not big enough to warrant any care or quality checks.
