Customising an engagement ring can be a challenging and time-consuming process, but Simon and Sabrina from Kush Diamonds did a wonderful job to make the process easy for me.

I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge from the initial meeting. They took the time to explain everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner - there was no spin or sales tactics, just solid advice.

They were also patient with me during the ring design process. I visited Simon on several occasions during this time to request tweaks to the initial design, and was well accommodated each time. My fiancée loves the final product!
