For including items you didn't buy on your receipt, the only apology you can give is 'Shoori'. The employee who made the payment called another employee to process the refund, but they said it was an item the customer did not want?
By including items that I didn't even buy in the first place.

I've been using KT Mart for several years, and even though I spend money, I still feel the same every year.

I had a late night skate tonight and decided to make a trip to KT mart. Since I didn't want to go when it's crowded and have a chilled night to browse around what's on the shelves. Oh my gosh, I was so wrong!

There's heaps of people there even on a Monday night but what shooked me was the variety of food and beverages. From blueberry flavoured seaweed to rose oolong, literally this is a quirky foodie heaven

Prices were real reasonable and I'm really looking forward to my next visit again!

Very rude customer service and closing times incorrect got yelled at by staff when they were still open and servicing people super racist not interested in helping unless you’re of Asian decent.

This place is like heaven. The groceries and products here are in good condition and have a lot of variety, so I go here often. But one unpleasant thing is customer service. Most of the staff is kind and nice, but the middle-aged lady is always grumpy. Last time, she even touched me unnecessarily. Except that, everything is perfect.

Great staff and fantastic selection of goods, highly recommend the salted egg and Boba milk tea ice cream

Great varieties, owner there is serving good and kind but staffs are quite rude. Keep saying I don't know and the one at casher throw my shopping into bag.

My go to Korean Groceries store. Wide selections, reasonable price and friendly staffs. Highly recommended

Our go-to groceries place that has every Korean product you might need, and also select Japanese and Chinese products too. We try to buy most of our groceries here instead of Woolies to support local. Service from the staff has been consistently great too – courteous, polite and friendly.

Great variety for all Korean items under one roof. They stock frozen food, korean side dishes, kimchi, some fresh produce, household items upstairs and even Korean skincare masks and toiletries. Good 1 stop shop.

A great store - but didn't have the Snail skin care product they normally stock. With two floors there's a huge selection of products.

Great choices of Korean grocery and easy accessibility, but poor customer service all the time. Lack of visual communication such as price tag or unmatched items with display goods. Too many things everywhere you might feel like “walking in the jungle” it has been getting worse so far through years. It will not be improved unless there is another business.

A pleasant place to shop for Asian groceries. Lots of staff around to ask for help. Long queue at registers moves very quickly. Nice place to browse out of pure curiosity as well.

Come here frequently as operate business across the street. All of a sudden being followed around the store stared at like the if criminal by some lady seeming to be in charge? I have {had) membership and have no reason to steal 2 dollar noodles from there. Really nice way to be treated.

As good as the store in elizabeth but way easier to find parking.
We visited this place to stock up on korean groceries and snacks, usually after visiting Yeonga (next to vicmart). Solid asian grocery store.

My favourite Korean grocery store. I visit this store almost daily for Cass beer, Chippies and instant noodles! I buy anything and everything here.my coffee packets, sushi rice, drinks, hotpot ingredients, kimchi. Absolutely amazing! Love love this place

I really liked this place. Good and wide selection, clean and reasonably priced. Also staffs were very kindly assisting customers.
