The staff's behavior was not only rude but also highly unprofessional. When I visited the store, I expected a welcoming and knowledgeable team, but what I received was quite the opposite. They were dismissive of my inquiries, displayed a lack of patience, and even made condescending remarks.

KT Jewllery provides excellent service. However, they also took great care of my mother and were patient to help her pick out a very nice set. The owner treated my mother with absolute respect and helped her enjoy the experience. I was truly impressed by their standard of business.

When collecting my order, the lady serving us was quite rude. She said they called 5 days ago but there was no answer. Very interesting that they call you with a private number and then hang up after 10 seconds without leaving any messages or voicemail which wouldn't be possible since they didn't even let the call go for long enough to get there.
I mentioned that I was about to answer but they hung up so quickly and she replied with "yeah. Can't be on the phone all day. " She even acknowledged that she knew they were calling from a private number. For a business. We found that kind of ridiculous.

Just wanted share that we had an amazing experience with KT Jewellers. They listened to our needs, put in lots of effort to get us a choice of stones to choose from, and then put together the most perfect engagement ring with a yellow sapphire in the time frame that we needed it! Thank you for a very pleasant and memorable experience. We love our ring!

KT Jewellery had the ring shipped to their store within the time they specified and at a price that I was extremely pleased with. The same prompt service was received in relation the the rings certificate of authenticity. The service and the ring quality I could not fault. The in store service was polite and professional.
