I had an off the shoulder short sleeved dress altered, to a long off the shoulder sleeve dress, when l went there, very friendly approach, l stated that l just wanted to add the sleeve to make it longer, l tried the dress, measurements were taken and the lady told me that she will make it a whole sleeve and not an add on, to say the truth, l was hesitant as it was my first time going there but agreed as l did really want a whole sleeve and not just an add on but l didnt want the off shoulder pattern to change. Well, picked up the dress today, tried it on and.it is like l bought it like that! FANTASTIC! I LOVE IT! AMAZING! I have a burgundy dress same as the black amd will be changing it to the same. Going back there again! Prices are very reasonable for the perfect job they do and quite professional. Dress looks like store bought and l am quite fussy. Thank you so much️

Man was very nice until I told him I'd like to look around for a better price, basically chucked my dress back at me and then ignored me. I admit it was funny but still so unprofessional

Very rude lady staff. Don't want to give even 1star. Not supportive not recommended to others. Not listening what i am saying. Very Very rude and rubbish

Fixed the seam that I ask to be fixed but they also noticed a seam coming apart that I didn’t notice and fixed it for me for free! Great quick service and quality
