During the lock period in relation to Coronovirus, my mother developed a severe pain in her shoulder. We could not see any practitioners due to social distancing policies. I called Kristian and he spoke to me on the phone for an extended period of time, provided me with awesome advice and sent me a exercise video on YouTube that would assist my mother.
