Not sure why people book this. They owe me 50 bucks for non deliveries in last month and good luck if they answer a call. Tbh I am not sure what is going on but just don't spend money. I am still waiting for those two meals and pending food!

Ordered delivery and our order got cancelled for 3 times on all 3 ordering attempts without any notice.despite that still charged us for 3 times for ALL 3 ORDERS.a waste of time and money

Picked up some fries only while on the way to somewhere else. Can't comment about the chicken but the chips were great! Will be back

I ordered a five pack of legendary bites and I was pleasantly surprised to see more than ten pieces in the box! Although they seasoned a bit salty, an occasional indulgence is okay.
They were polite, considerate and attentive with their service. I will return here for that alone.
I love the atmosphere here, because the customers were enjoying their meals in. Five stars!

Waiting for extra time, it takes more than 50 minutes to finish the order, really disappointed experience.

Ordered through Doordash, and on arrival the order that came was incorrect with items missing from the delivery. Very disappointed overall with the delivery.

Such beautiful place, especially when it comes to taste, it’s best ever fried chicken place I ever tasted, highly recommended specially for Indian and Pakistani people who love spicy and crispy chicken. Very good and friendly staff.

I made an order online for pickup. Had to wait 10 minutes after the pre decided pickup time which was made well in advance. Most of the staff not wearing face masks. A lady was waiting to be served at the counter the whole time i was there, so practically 0 customer service available. The takeaway was stapled up which is pointless because im not a delivery driver and would like to check my order. Hence when i got home half my order was missing. The chicken was tasty for sure. We enjoyed it eating the food. This place has potential but they need to wake up and get their act together.

Ordered delivery, took nearly 1 hour to prepare 8 pieces of legendary chicken and chips. Chips were luke warm, oily and not crunchy. Chicken was average. Won't be back.

They didn’t keep the pick up time. I had to wait 15 minutes more than expected time.

The fried oil was very old, and the smell wasn't good. Chicken seasoning wasn't Korean chicken at all. Very disappointing. This is not Korean Chicken.

All the negative reviews seem to be for slow delivery thru uber/Deliveroo etc which is a shame. Chicken was great, definitely a step up in quality from Gami/Nene, will be back!

If I could make love to a chicken burger it would be the dragon fire burger. Exceeded all expectations. Will be back. Thank you!

Delivery never arrived, driver was there waiting apparently, not sure what happened but it was cancelled 1 hour and 40 minutes after the order. Not satisfied.

Crisp fresh chicken. We tried Whooping twist tender bites & Gangnam spices wings. Its good value of money. The staff was friendly and didn’t refuse us when we ask for extra sauces on side. Will take my friends too for a try soon.

Personally I like the Whooping Twist flavour, slurrpp with crispy skin and juicy chicken. Try Gangnam Spice if you like spicy flavour, yes they are delicious spicy Top credit for their service, especially Vish who arranged and sent the food in time. All the best to Chook Team!

Meh … ordered the gangnam spice and the whooping twist … was not a fan. The gangnam spice was too saucy with no flavour other than it being spicy

Amazing chicken. Got the hottest one and could've been hotter but still amazing.

Ordered priority delivery.took more than an hour to receive food. Just for some 8 pieces of chicken. Second time this has happened where they have taken very long time past expected delivery time frame. Will not be giving them my business even if i was desperate.

Tried to avoid anything spicy but wasn't successful. I like chilli but sometimes I don't want it. I do always want to be informed of how many pieces are included in "chicken" etc. And that everything is very spicy rather than nothing
