I wish I can give them zero stars as I am landed in debt because of these guys. Have been there client for last 6 years as they are close to where I live. I started a course and had a HECs loan. For each year I have been asking how it all works but these guys have no idea and no one was able to explain to me. When called I was advsied to call ATO. They didnt even advise that I need to update my tax details with employer as a result I am now in debt with ATO due to right amount of tax not been deducted. When I called ATO they advised its tax agent's responsibility to explain and manage this for their clients but KPG gives zero care. I guess they are agent if you have simple tax return and you still need agent anything complex they have no idea and also give false advise. I was told that I wont get a refund as that refund will go into HECS repayment (totally wrong advise). Now all thanks to them I have a massive debt and will get another ATO debt this year and I am NOT going to them at all. Guys, if you have anything simple just do it yourself and not waste your time and money. I am already screwed by their in-experienced agents who have no idea of what they are doing. I would have sued them of giving me wrong advise but unfortunately I dont have any more time to waste on them. Hope this review will help someone with HECS account and complex tax return. I wish I can get refund on all the money I have paid these guys in last few years plus the interest I have occured due to wrong advise given to me.

Forgot my tax lodgment after taking big fee and signed paperwork. Lucky I checked myGov, today I have received penalty notice from ATO. Thank God ATO just warned me and waved my penalty. Everyone make sure they don’t forgot your lodgments. Poor management punish customers.

This firm employess very inexperienced unprofessional and rude people.   They are all unprofessional.    They have short fuse and no customer service skills.   These people are only ripping off people by bluffing their way.   They only do bare minimum.   If you don't have any idea about your book keeping and your tax lodgement They will rip you off.   The make up their fees as they go along.   The most expensive account don't even charge $550 for an application.    This accounting firm is a FRAUD.   I will report this firm to ATO for frauds.   They only look after their own people.   I regret going to this accountant.    I only went there after it was recommended by someone else that I used his service until I stopped.    I later found out he was the firm's owner's good friend.   The owner will only do the work if he knows he is getting benefit from it.   They employ people from Indian who barely speak any proper English.   This place is a rip off.   I took 5 customers to this place and I am so sorry for those 5 friends I am convincing them to take their business else where and I will be tell people to stay away from this place.
