Dennis offers skill, knowledge, great advice and always with a smile. I picked up my new artwork on Saturday and I couldn't be happier! Truly fantastic! We had two of our icons painted by a religious sister beautifully framed by Kosnar and his team. The icons were beautiful in themselves but Kosnar had managed to accentuate their beauty even more. They sit in our lounge / dining room and we cannot get over how beautiful they are. We would highly recommend Kosnar to all.

We have used kosnar's several times for our most treasured and sentimental framing jobs, as their level of service is exceptional. The staff have an excellent understanding of how to make artwork shine so will offer suggestions to enhance your existing vision. They take the time to really understand what you trying to achieve, have wonderful attention to detail, and even when we have taken in old beloved artwork that is in poor shape, they have been able to restore it so that it looks incredible in its new frame. Kosnar's should be your first choice if you are looking for a truly customised service and the confidence that your favourite pieces will come out looking their absolute best. Will keep coming back because our pieces always come home looking better than we could have imagined.

I'm so happy with the product and service of Kosnar's. They first provided me with a replacement frame for my 1980s mirror wall and then - I was so happy with the job - framed a grand print.

Julie's service is particularly great. She's never pushed me to go for more expensive options, has always given balanced opinion, but when I've spent more with her suggestions the results have always been spectacular.

I have been a customer of Kosnar's picture framing for many years and have always been thrilled with the results. They have an enormous selection and a great variety to choose from. My most recent purchase was a beautiful black, gloss frame for a tapestry which I had purchased from Italy. This tapestry was a difficult task as it was not a perfect rectangle and Dennis went to great lengths to make sure it was fitted perfectly and keeping me informed with his progress at all times. I chose to have regular glass instead of the invisible glass to keep the cost down. I was so happy with the choice of frame but when I hung it up on the wall, you couldn't see the tapestry clearly from the reflection. Dennis called me after a few weeks to see if I was happy with my purchase and I stressed that I was disheartened because I chose the regular glass and therefore couldn't see the detailing of the tapestry. Dennis said that if I wanted to he would be happy to replace the clear glass to the invisible one. It was well worth paying the extra cost in upgrading to the invisible glass as you can clearly tell the difference in the photos. Thank-you Dennis and team for not only taking great care in your products and services but in especially caring enough to make follow up contact to make sure your customers are happy. For decades this establishment has provided excellent service and products. It is a gem of the outer city and northwest district and it looks to keeping its clientele completely satisfied.
