Korr Jee Chicken reviews
19One of the best roast chickens I've had. The sides and salads round out a delicious and filling meal
Amazing dinner, I had the half chicken with mash and jus which was amazing, we also had the beetroot salad on the table and the chicken parma with the most amazing chips!
All at a super reasonable price, will definitely go back
Tasty and juicy chicken burger served with triple fried chips. Only negative was that the chips were not drained properly and were still v oily when served. Kitch interior ads a great vibe. Friendly staff, prompt service. Reasonable price too for the area.
The service was okay but the food wasn’t edible. The fries were like clumps of oil and weren’t salted. The chicken smelt off and had no flavour even when the peri peri sauce was added. Felt like it was very overpriced and disappointed that I have wasted $40
The 1/4 chicken with peri2 sauce was good!
The skin was nice and crisply thin (sad there's not much more) most of the meat are tender about 15% was dry.
The Fried crispy chicken ribs was the winner tho. Woild come back for more of that!
Also shout out to the server who went above and beyond to find me seats with power plug as I was desperately looking for a recharge o. My laptop to do some work.
Really good chicken, a nice place to eat in St Kilda area. We ate with our 2 kids and we all loved dinner.
Had the best grilled chicken burger here. The staffs are very friendly and the place is amazing. Their homemade fries and the parma is one of the best I have had in Melbourne.
Had dinner with my mates. I have to say they do the best roast chicken in Melbourne.from the crispy skin to the flavour. Spot on!
The roasted chicken is awesome and the cocktails as well, nice atmosphere and good service:)
I went here on Saturday evening. The place was mostly empty on a bustling night. I ordered a grilled chicken burger and our seating was outside. The burger was good - i'd give it a 4/5. The ambience outside was great which made the experience memorable. They had a good selection of beers as well. Service was ok - not super friendly - I could tell they didn't like too many questions.
Nice burger, customer service is also good. Tap was not working in bathroom which was a bad experience for my friend.
I have just tried to order online for delivery. My order was cancelled because they have run out of chicken! How does that happen at 7pm? Really not good.
Gave this place a go and ordered the buffalo wings and they were pretty terrible, bitter and mushy. But because of the good reviews I gave them another go and got the fried chicken burger and it was like a frozen schnitzel patty. Breading was yuck and the bread was way too dense. Don't think I will be giving them a 3rd try.
I often walked by this restaurant without giving it much thought. However, after dining there for lunch, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The salads and chicken were delicious, and I look forward to trying the seafood burger and chicken wings on my next visit. Other diners seemed to be enjoying these dishes as well.
I don't get why this place isn't more pumping, but it definitely has amazing food and the prices are super reasonable for drinks. We come here alot

Value wise for a chicken burger of this quality, will be hard to find better.
Chicken wings had a great flavour and the cocktail jug was spot on.
Keep up the great work.
The chicken skin is like no other roast chicken sold in Melbourne. It was dry and crispy and just melted in my mouth. The burning of the rosemary was more theatrical as it didn’t add flavour to the chicken but it did make me salivate and more excited.
Chicken took about 15 minutes to arrive after ordering. The chips are crunchy and I suggest waiting a minute or two before eating them as they tasted oily at first and tasted better with time.
Extra sauces are available for a cost.
Salad was delicious and I picked each element so I’ll try to replicate it at home. I can’t wait until I’m in the area again to pop by to try the other items on their menu.
We had the crispy chicken burgers and kids boxes, all really fresh and tasty. Great, friendly service.
Really great chicken! I tried the half chicken with chips and coleslaw and an order of ribs. The crispy fried chicken ribs were my favourite, which came with a spicy sauce. Chicken was juicy, chips were crunchy, coleslaw was fresh but lacked flavour (which was surprising as it was supposed to have sauerkraut which I thought would have added some acidity/zing to it). On a second visit I tried the chicken parma, it’s made with apricot instead of the usual marinara sauce layer. Interesting flavour combination but I much prefer the classics. The chicken ribs and crispy chips are the best items on the menu.
