Quite impressed by the vast array of ice cream flavors they have considering I don’t usually like ice cream.
We had the Fuji apple, the Genmaicha as well as the tofu, and none of them disappointed. The tofu tasted like the sweet soy milk from an Asian grocer, flavor profile was pretty much identical. The genmaicha was rich in tea flavor and not overpoweringly sweet, and I have no idea how they channeled such an accurate Fuji apple taste into an ice cream will definitely be back to try other flavors for sure
