Korean chicken

I ordered boneless half chicken from uber eats. I trusted the score of this restaurant as I had a nice experience with another fried chicken Korean NeNe chicken. What I received is totally rubbish. This was the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had by far. Not only it was fresh but also it was not eatable. The taste was disaster.

This joint used to be really good, we used to love their korean chicken and burgers. Ordered two burgers, only to find out the burger buns are old and have used old spinach, chicken was chewy, not fresh at all. It did not taste like it was made on the day. Will not order again, will not go there again. Utter money wastage.

Was very disappointed for the today's order. The chicken supposed to be very nicely coated as usual. Today my pickup time was 8: 35 pm and it came out 4 mins later with the chicken not coated well. The sauce was watery and flavour was very weak than usual. I can wait longer but the chicken I received is unforgettable. First time thinking chicken here was a waste of money.

Boneless chicken size does not look like the menu size more like the size of popcorn chicken bites deceiving

This place really need to pick up it’s customer service and attention to details game. This is the fourth time they’ve failed to include our dipping sauce that we’ve ordered.
There’s nothing more disappointing than to wait 20 mins for your order and then to come home and realised they’ve missed part of your order. I know it’s only the dipping sauce but this is the fourth time, and when you’re eating original fried chicken, you kind of need the sauce!

I ordered the Spicy chicken burger combo through menulog and only received the chips and drink no burger. Very disappointed on the service.

One of the winner for KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) I wish they have a branch closer to us! When in doubt about what to eat tonight? I will definitely drive here to get my dinner.

Care to say, I've ordered from this place multiple times through Uber eats, it never disappointed me, neither did that meal I picked up. I'm always burst with excitement due to the anticipation of the meal being delivered and devouring the pieces of delicious chicken.

I ordered wings and drumstick 20 pieces with some sides such as chips, radish and some sauces. Needless to say, the chicken pieces are juicy and tender with the batter adding the touch of crispiness and crunchiness when you bite into the chicken. I always have it with honey mustard but any sauce is still bomb. Each bite I take is another LCD trip to a world that resembles a heaven depicted from the bible in Christianity holding only joy and bliss.

I am glad to say I will be a frequent customer, whether that is good or bad for my health; I must address that issue myself. Guess I'll have to actively moderate how much I frequent this establishment in order to not stuff myself silly. (which in itself will be a difficult journey to self-restraint and discipline.)

Keep doing the good work to all the staff that works there and keep up the good work in producing those heavenly products you provide for us during this hellish quarantine which you manage to turn one of those quarantine days into a delicious and delightful one. Keep making people like me happy.

Anyone who is deciding to give this place a go and at the same time have chicken in their mind, please do not hesitate to give this place a go.

We ordered Uber food from them not good not worth for the money and we re cooked they should improve other wise will loose lot of customers, don’t order chicken not worth at all.

Love this place! The food are as authentic as those found in Korea. Friendly & helpful boss & staffs. Would definitely visit again. Thanks!

Was overpriced, I ordered CHKN-BAP, surprisingly for the price I paid, I didn't get any sides like kimchi at all.

Wouldn't rate the chicken, just the same as wicked wings at KFC without the spice.

The rice that came with it didn't taste authentic either. Overall would not recommend and was quite disappointed for an overpriced chicken dish.

Simple name, simple chicken.
We ordered 3 halts between 3 people, and came home with leftovers at a reasonable price. Soy was definitely the preferred over the spicy or plain with honey-mustard sauce which we found too strong on the mustard.
Not much of a restaurant; no where near the seating you'd expect at a Gami for example, but good for small groups and takeaway.

So I have been meaning to try this place for awhile, I have to say that it's a bit on the pricey side. Springvale's number one spot for fried chicken, in fact, Korean Chicken is the best fried chicken in the whole South East! If you love fried chicken, this place is definitely for you!

Staff don’t understand rules of pick up and delivery stuff. Give frozen. They think only i am doing business.ego. Attitude.

This has taken the trophy of best KFC in Melbourne. I used to be a Gami man but I converted. Their spicy sauce needs work though, very watery. Their honey mustard is the best I've ever tried.they need to sell that in bottles! Wings are amazing, or the boneless. And you're talking to one of the biggest fried chicken addicts here! A+
