Kooringal Golf Club

The staff were very poker faced and bored looking. The exception is the staff in the food service area, who were cheerful and helpful.
We found the course a little boring.

Won't be back.

Beautiful atmosphere, chefs are really good, really good service here. All in all was a very welcoming and accommodating experience and I highly recommend this venue.

Only 2 complaints are,
1- not enough vegetarian options
2- double check your bill before you pay as I was overcharged. It could have been an innocent mistake though.

Great club with great staff. Always treated well and like a member! The course is always In fantastic condition with quick, true greens.

Went to eat with work mates and had Quinoa salad not worth $18 bit disappoint, Not much option for vegetarian. Should Have an option of Veg Pad thai.

Had a fantastic night. Food was delicious, staff were brilliant and friendly. Special mention to Gabrielle, you were awesome.

Clean, spacious premises with separate dining area including bar service. Reasonably priced pub meals, including Seniors' menu. Small selection of desserts. Full table service. Good space between tables. Lovely full walk glass windows.

Nice luminous open space looking out over the course and Port Phillip Bay. Lovely place to have a beer on a nice evening. I'm not a golfer, so I can't comment on the course, but the restaurant is what you would expect for a sports club. Ate here once and wasn't disappointed.

Kooringal hosted my daughters first birthday and the whole day ran really smoothly. Were we able to set up early with vendors, then Nelson the functions manager made sure every request we had was addressed. The food was amazing and the bar was fully serviced. Will be having all future functions at the club. Thanks all!

I got a lesson here and it was brilliant. Craig is a great teacher and the setup with all the electronics to track all the metrics of your swing is incredibly helpful for correcting bad technique and learning to hit a great shot!

Just went for lunch. Only three people in the bisto when two ordered roast of the day. Risotto was ok.
Came out cold. Mum couldn't even eat it as veggies half cooked. So disappointed when staff asked how's your meals and when complained, met with sorry to hear that
Not the first time this has happened but won't be back

Having my last family dinner here. The food was lovely and the service was great. Great portion sizes of food. Definitely recommended.

Our experience at Kooringal Golf Club was awesome. We hosted our Son's 5th birthday party yesterday.
The food was really great.we ordered light snacks package. Our guests were happy and really enjoyed the food.
Thanks to Nelson and other staff members for organising the party. It was really great

Nice place, good food, a bit pricey unless you're having seniors meals
Service was a bit hit and miss. Orders were forgotten, by the time some at our table got their dessert, others were already finished their meal. Not over all it was nice

Great layout for a golf course, it is a seriously challenging course. It is tree lined and tight, not long but you need to respect the holes with strategic in your position off the tees. The members are very friendly and welcoming. The staff in the proshop are awesome as they remember you even when it's been 12months between visits. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. The course is presented very well, and is in very good conditions for the wet winter we are experiencing so far. Greens are fast but also responsive with good approach shots.
Recommend a visit and game. A must to call and make booking first as this is a private run club. The restaurant area is well spaced and very good quality meals are served. Highly recommend a visit.

If you play golf honestly just jump in the pond with 100kg ankle weights and your hand tightened very tightly in a hog tie.:)

Great course usually found in great condition. The course plays as nice as traditional eastern suburbs courses. This club has a progressive attitude and is very open and welcoming. The pro shop is stocked well and there are some knowledgeable fitters.
