If i could do 0 stars i would, this school is full of hypocritical teachers who want to offend the majority of the student population in order to protect the feelings of the tiniest minority.if you don't have blue hair do not come here.for our last day of year 12, we switched uniforms between boys and girls and were told that it was harmful to 2 students in the whole school.we were threatened with not being able to sit exams if we did not change and were told we physically weren't allowed to go to class unless we changed, whilst being told that uniforms don't have gender, but also our male counterparts being reprimanded for adorning a dress, where I as a girl in shorts and a shirt suffered no consequences.this school has appalling policy who only adhere to it when it benefits them.

If there was a possibility to put 0 stars I would, we were told that we can't wear the 'opposite gender' uniform today or we couldn't sit exams. We chose to do this instead of muck up day, and we proposed to be supportive of inclusivity regarding uniform and gender identity, now men are forced to get changed. Woman could wear boys uniform, although boys couldn't wear the dresses.

I send my children here and I've recently heard of my daughters friends talking about how a teacher named Mr. Marsh is extremely rude and creepy, apparently he has made comments about some of the school girls periods smell? These comments weren't from my kids so I don't know if they are true but I find extremely concerning and scary for my kids. This is not the first time I've heard about Mr. Marsh, he seems to frequently do things like this.

This is my story.

Prior to the beginning of the year 2021, I arrived on campus to make an appalling discovery. The canteen had been bought out by a private business. My generous $2.50 slice of pizza had subsidised to an atrociously dry slice of sponge. The density of this slice was astronomical. This slice of pizza let off a violating smell, alerting me to the fact that it almost certainly breached every health regulation I could name. I ventured home, sat myself in my bed and disposed of my regretful tears. This was my first heartbreak. Not to mention when I received food past its best before date, the canteen lady inexplicably told me ton get over myself. The raspberry white choc muffins are really good though.

Year 7s here are terrible. Older kids are even worse, you mean to tell me your “top students” still have time to bully kids? This is a public school but all the kids act like stuck up rich private school kids.teachers always talk about support to minority students but do nothing about it.the only thing keeping me here is my friends tbh.

Some good teachers at this school such as Paul Dailey and Phil Dimitina, Alistair Tuffnell, Trish Paddick, Andrew Mangonis and Stuart Koeford should be getting pay rises minimum 1 mil a year

Despite rather tired facilities (although there is a current reconstruction project under way) this is a relatively high achieving school, with a good approach to the well-rounded student.

Sandra Greenhill clearly has a underlying, undiagnosed medical condition. She has had numerous strokes at students wearing the wrong type of socks (I don't know why she's so focused on the student's feet). I think the only reason she has not been sacked yet is because she's given a helping hand to the principle. The staff turn blind eyes if it benefits them. I love KSC for their atrocious attitude to learning. <3

One of the best school in the east. There is a seek class, equivalent to accelerated class for the gifted. To access the seek program you will have to compete through the test.
Recently upgraded with a massive multi function centre. My son used to go to this school.
On Saturday out turns into a Xin Jin Shan Chinese language school. The class runs from 9: 30 AM to 12: 15 PM.

The students in this school are so racist, and the teachers are very judgemental.probably one of the least multicultural schools in Melbourne so don't send ur kid here unless ur white.and nothing is done about bullying.this school also overloads students with so much work compared to other schools

I was a student in the school for 6 years. I remember one of the younger female psychology teacher who I do not remember the name of, did not like me very much, so she gave me an experiment to humiliate me in front of the whole class. It reminds me of the humiliation every time I see someone else does an experiment, and the memory followed me until this day.: (

I got in trouble for wearing a dress on my last day.despite the teachers saying boys could wear girls uniform.over 15 years ago

It is a good school.the canteen is EPIC! Chicken strips 'slurp slurp' so good

Very good school canteen food is Delish. Those chicken strip thingies are so goood.honestly i live for movie fridays.mmmm and if you love m'ms you should go there

The food was fresh, however it was a bit overpriced for it.
The chocolate milk was exquisite and had a wonderful flavour, I would most certainly buy again. The muffins are fresh, and the flavours are extrodinary. I didn't vomit after eating so 4/5 would eat again.

The japanese teacher, Mr Dailey is very epic. So 5 stars for him. And the food at the canteen was amazing and tastely it was mostly fresh and good bc yes esecicaially the muffinsadjkjdliuoweskdj

Koonung Secondary College is a great school. The Year 7 Coodinators are really helpful, The Japanese teacher, Mr Dailey, is Amazing, the students are very incredibly kind, inclusive and happy-to-help, and the SEE@K class helps students at a higher level to meet other kids with similar interests and skill levels. The Library has a wide selection of books of many genres and the librarian is ever so helpful and fun to talk to everyday.
All in all, it's a great school and I highly recommend it!

The school is broken, the students are menacing but they have good dim sims and those chicken things you can get at the canteen so 5 stars.
