Kool Kidz Childcare Rosanna

My eldest son has attended Kool Kidz for the past 2 years. He has flourished here, enjoying a variety of meals & activities, including a regular Friday sports session, run by 'Little Sports Heroes. '
Over time I have seen an increase in his confidence and social skills. He is often sad when I go to pick him up to go home, he doesn't want to leave! He's made so many friends, & the educators feel like family.
They are wonderfully caring, even the front desj Receptionist, Centre Service Manager & Chef!
My 2nd child will definitely be going to Kool Kidz Rosanna too.
I love their app as well, for checking on what everyone gets up to, eats, & even their sunscreen application times! Thank you so much for caring for our family.

Our son has been going to Kool Kidz Rosanna for 3 years and we can’t recommend the centre highly enough. The facilities & curriculum, the menu & nutrition, and the daily updates on the app are fantastic. But more importantly, it’s the warmth and care of the educators and Management team that provide us with reassurance that our child is most certainly in the best hands. We appreciate all that the team does, and are very grateful that we found Kool Kidz Rosanna for our son's early learning experience!

I loved Kool Kidz Rosanna centre from the day I went to a tour. Management and educators are doing amazing job by accommodating children's and parents' needs. The app that centre uses for sharing photos and daily updates is super handy!
Our little one loves the toys and outdoor area. I can't recommend them high enough.

The staff are always smiling, they are consistent and we feel very comfortable leaving our child there. He's always happy when he comes home and nothing has ever been in lost! I see his development in social and language skills is improving and we are very happy with the service

We’ve been very happy with our experience at Kool Kids. My son is in the nursery room and loves it! The staff are so accommodating and patient and looks after him so well. The food is amazing and the app is very convenient so I can see what he’s up to especially when it comes to naps and how much he’s eaten. And my son absolutely loves the sandpit!

My son loves attending Kool Kidz! There’s always so much for him to do: curated activities, art, sport, music & of course lots of time in the sandpit. The educators are all beautiful people & I’m sure he eats better than me- the menu is amazing!

The facilities are amazing, big safe playground, good covered parking for drop-offs/pickups, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Both my daughters attended and they have loved it. I also particularly like the effort by the staff on keeping parents updated on what happens in each room everyday. I would highly recommend it.

I am so happy that I found Kool Kidz at Rosanna for my daughter. She is at her best, well cared for and has learned so much at the center. There is an app where I can see my child's daily activities, food intake, sleep etc.which is extremely helpful and comforting. Highly recommend the center.

Absolutely love the team at Kool Kidz, they’ve always been very accomodating and welcoming since my son started here 2 years ago. They’re a very genuine team and you can tell they really love what they’re doing and take such great care of the kids.
I can tell my son is in a loving and caring environment and he looks forward to going everyday.
They’ve given me advice and support throughout all stages of my sons learning and development.
I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a local daycare.

Such a perfect childcare! As a first time mum I was really worried about how my son would adapt to childcare and be away from us. Kool Kidz have such a warm and loving atmosphere. He’s greeted every morning with so much joy and excitement from all the staff and they are genuinely sad to see him go at pick up. The facilities are so clean, spacious and set up to encourage their development. The educators are lovely and have provided me with a lot of guidance about his development, when I’ve been unsure. They are also very motivated to help encourage any behaviour that I am trying to teach him at home. We are so happy with the level of care and support we receive from Kool Kidz. I definitely see my son staying here till school.

Fantastic centre. My daughter loves going. They do plenty of arts and crafts, learning experiences, healthy food is provided, outdoor activities.
The staff are great, very understanding and helpful.
My daughter has grown fond of her wonderful educators.

We have our 19 month old, going to Kool Kidz since she was 15 months. What we like about kool Kidz:

The daily update through the app in terms of meals, nappy changes and the photos of your child through out the day

The educators are open and honest: during the initial days when our LO was still settling in a daycare setting, they were open about her not eating anything during the day and also sent a personalised photo when they had their first win - she ate something at the daycare for the first time

The meals are prepared freshly everyday in their in-house kitchen.

There were couple of days when I forgot to pack an extra pair of sock or warm layers.and I noticed they used spare clothing to dress her appropriately for the weather.

Overall, I send my little one with the confidence that she’s looked after through out the day and they notice all her likes, interests and development.

This is a fabulous childcare center we cannot recommend them highly enough! Amazing staff, activities and a beautiful modern centre; and my daughter is very happy there and I don’t need to worry about anything! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
