Kool Kidz Childcare

This childcare centre is highly recommended. Staff is very friendly and professional. Management is very responsive. My son feel like home with educators. My son showing lot of improvement and development after I send him in this centre.

Both my girls go to this centre and its been more than around 8 months now. The whole staff is very professional and helpful. My younger daughter have some issues with delayed development, almost the whole staff try different activities with her and give me feedback about the difference they observed in her. Believe me the staff here handles kids with full responsibility and care and I’m very happy with the service

My son is so happy going to this childcare, he has made lots of friends and he can't stop talking about the teachers. Now I don't feel bad leaving him at the care centre for full day. The centre keeps me abreast with the daily activities that my son is involved in during the day and they have time to discuss the day with me when I go to pick him up. I am very happy with the multicultural activities the centre runs.

I would like to give a review about Kool Kidz Truganina. My children have attended the centre over the past three months and all i could say that is the best centre my children have attended. My children have attended centre in Eastern suburbs and we moved property and enrolled children to Kool Kidz. The first initial tour and enrolment process was done so professional by Emina and follow up by the Paiyal. My children settled and are so happy and that's what all parent would like for their children. All i can say i 5 star is not enough i would give more stars if i could. Each day getting update about the my children's day including photos and on top of it my children have their individual portfolio with all of their achievements and learning is priceless. Keep up great work Kool Kidz Team.

Absoloutly love this place! All the staff are amazing and super helpful. Highly recommend this place I always leave feeling comfortable knowing my son is in the best care of the staff.

Highly recommended! Educators are very friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Management is very responsive for any queries. Centre is clean and tidy and the rooms are warm and inviting. There’s always lots of toys and activities set up. The yard is really big with lots of fun place spaces.

I absolutely love this day care centre and the staff. It has a very homey feeling and the child to teacher ratio is great! I know that my children are personally taken care of. It was the first time that my kids didn’t cry when I left, instead they turned around and said bye to me. I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for quality care and great prices!

My 17 month old son has been going to Kool Kids (Truganina) for almost 4 months now and we absolutely love it. They are very flexible and have great hours, especially in this tough time of COVID. I can see the growth and learning every day! All of the teachers in the baby and toddler rooms love having him and he loves seeing them. Best of all, the children seem very happy there and loved by everyone. When I see my son interact with the other kids, they are attentive and share toys with him and give him hugs whenever he comes and goes. It’s very nice to know that he is in a caring environment while he isn’t home. Great place for him to grow, learn and play.

My daughter has developed so much confidence since the day she started, she is learning lots of new things in Kool Kidz, Truganina staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and professional.

Staff are professional and friendly, always smiling and happy to welcome kids. They have been super helpful during COVID times, even sending us activities and doing checkup calls while we were at home. We love and recommend this childcare to everyone!

This centre has to be far the worst centre i could have sent my child to, The centre started of good, but within a short time of my child being there i had, had enough. The staff are very arrogant and rude when you ask questions about your childs day or simply asking the receptionist questions, and as for the owner of this centre she is so nasty towards her staff members, i have seen this with my own eyes the way she speaks to them is very disrespectful, she seems like she thinks she is better then everyone else within the service (I would call it bullying). The staff do not seem happy at all. Im so happy i have pulled my child out as i have recently noticed there are far more better centres and educators that take care and love the children with respect and dignity.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

I have been to many centres but this by far is the worst centre that I have been to I am glad that I have removed my child from this place. Please if you are looking for a centre do not I say DO NOT go here.

Legal action threats by Manger.

I have never even wrote a review in life but I feel the need to let all parents know, not to join this day care because the management team are not professional and they don’t respond nor do they send a invoice prior to deducting money from you’re account. I have been threatened by Paiyal Sehgal who is the manager at Kool Kidz Truganina with legal action simply because I said I will be leaving a review. This is Australia and I am entitled to express how I have been made to feel and treated. Also sadly after over a months my child stop attending the day care they have deducted money from my account which doesn’t make any sense and there is nothing I can do about it.

Great child care facility run by professionals. Lots of programs and our two year old is learning a lot.
