Kool Kidz Childcare

So happy that my daughter goes to Koolkidz preston. It’s the best childcare! My daughter loves it there. Lovely staff, very professional, friendly and caring!

My daughter has been going to kool kidz preston for just over a year and she loves her lead teacher Rahana. She actually gets sad on days she’s not there. She is such a warm and lovely woman. So grateful she’s looking after my little one. It will be sad changing rooms next year but I know the teachers will give her just as much love and care.

It's been a total 8 years since I first put my first child at Kool Kidz Preston. It has been a great journey for both of my children and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to place their little ones in the care of professionals.

My daughter has been going to KK Preston for almost a year now and we couldn't be happier. Francesca and Catherine run a fantastic business, are always friendly and accommodating. The educators are amazing. Crystal in the babies room is an absolute legend and Renee, Nada and the others in the Honeybees room are so wonderful. I've been astounded with my daughter's development since going to KK Preston. She loves going there and I know she's well looked after and the educators really care about her. It's a wonderful feeling to know that she's not just being "minded" but being cared for and educated. The enrichment activities are fantastic and you can tell that everyone there loves what they do and are really invested in teaching kids. Would definitely recommend this centre to anyone considering sending their kids here.

We’ve had a wonderful experience sending my one year-old twins to Kool Kidz Preston. Crystal is an exceptional leader of the infant room - she takes time to understand each child’s varied needs, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. As a parent who spent a lot of time carefully selecting a childcare centre, it’s been a relief to see how caring the educators are.

Every single person in there is amazing! My 2 kids (boy and girl) joined KK almost 2 years, they loved the place and the educators so much! Over the 2 years I saw a significant improvements in my kids.
Always always we were so happy to keep them in KK, sadly we had to change our home to the west and my both kids had to leave, so sad today is the last day.
Highly recommended place, from my deep heart I’m thanking every one at KK.

We had our first child at Kool Kidz and based on his excellent experience we also put our second child into Kool Kidz Preston. They both had a fantastic time there and enjoyed close relationships with their educators. Both children had / have an amazing group of friends and my older son met his best friend there who he is still friends with 3 years later. Both loved the sports program and the music program which makes the day really exciting. I always felt that my child is truly cared for at Kool Kidz Preston and some of the educators are still asking me now about my school aged child who used to go there years ago. Turnover is also very low which provides continuity for the children and creates trust in the educators. I can highly recommend Kool Kidz Preston also for their flexibility in bookings for fixed days / casual days - as a family where both parents work some flexibility is priceless. Your kid will have a great time and you will enjoy the responsiveness and rigour of Kool Kidz Management (Catherine and Francesca are doing a fantastic job at running this centre). Miss Crystal from snugglepots has been amazing since day one with her joyful aptitude, showing care for my 15 months old daughter and patiently making my daughter adapt to her new environment. I will definitely recommend leaving your little one in such good hands

My daughter loved her time at Koolkidz Preston. She’s quite nervous of strangers and they offered us as many orientations as we needed which made a massive difference and we had no trouble with drop-offs as a result. The educators are fantastic and very kind and patient with the children.

I have been so impressed with Kool Kidz Preston. My son has been attending for the past 12 months and has always been extremely well looked after. It has all the latest learning and educational programs and a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. The food is excellent and the staff are attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this centre.

I've been taking my 2 year old there for the past year and he absolutely loves it. He is constantly asking when his going back to Kool Kidz. He has grown and developed in leaps and bounds since we began taking him there.

The staff really make an effort to make the kids feel comfortable and get them settled in a new environment.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new, clean, child focused, we'll set up and managed centre.

I highly recommend Koolkidz Preston centre. We had a great experience with them. Owners are wonderful, they look after family's needs and provide flexible arrangements. The centre is clean, secured with excellent facilities. Educators are so caring and lovely.

I highly recommend Kool Kidz. Mary, Skye, Fatima, Adrianna, Michelle and the team have cared for my daughter since she was 6 months old and have always been attentive, responsive and always communicate everything. The app has been great with regular updates throughout the day including photos that make my day at work. I always feel confident leaving my daughter there because I know she is stimulated with fun art activities, dress ups, cultural days, outdoor activities and other learning activities.

My daughter joined Kool Kidz when she was just 6 moth old and now she is a happy 2 years old. She is always happy and excited to go to childcare every morning. I believe it is a sign that she has been well taken care at childcare.

I had the same issue with Matthew. Teachers and facilities were great but they charged and applied wrong percentage on CCB for an entire duration my child attended. I actually had an exactly the same issue with 2 different childcare providers at the same time my child attended to KOOL KIDS PRESTON. The two childcare centres were able to talk to Centrelink and resolve the issue so why KOOL KIDS PRESTON cannot? I did not know how much I lost my CCB. Guess what, Centrelink said that they cannot adjust discrepancy at the end of financial year. So if you want utilise your entitlement of CCB, do not go there.

Woeful service.the carers are great but the administration staff have no idea how to run a business.they regularly withdrew random figures out of our bank account without explanation or advanced notice.
