Kool Kidz Childcare / Milestones Early Learning Tarneit

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my daughter in this amazing childcare centre. I cannot express how impressed I am with their overall quality of care. The educators (Mandeep, Raj, Simran, Zarith and all of them) are truly exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to provide a personal touch and have formed strong bonds with my daughter. She is always happy and cheerful. They have provided extraordinary support when it came to food. They have gone the extra mile to help my daughter explore and embrace new flavors and textures. I am particularly grateful for the educators' patience and understanding during this phase.
The management team (Roshani, Neha and Aparna) deserves equal praise for their outstanding leadership. They are always available to address any questions and their genuine smiles and greetings have created a positive environment for us and our daughter. Honestly, it brings me peace of mind to know that my daughter is in such capable hands. Thank you to each one of you for your constant support & dedication and for making such a positive impact on our lives.

Best of the best thanks to the management Roshini Shetty, Aparna and everyone who is working at this place, we think there is not even one place which comes close to its standard. We send both our kids here, love going there and we can’t thank them enough …
Bottom line if you get availability this is best place and it’s hard to get availability shows how good they are rest all places can accommodate both kids full time, yet we choose this for 3 days each and rest on availability

Review about my kids childcare.they are doing a gr8 job and supporting both kids and parents.my kids love going to child care
My baby girl is 2 year old when she joined she was 1 year and 10months initially it was challenging but she settled very soon and now she miss going to childcare on weekends
They provide constant feed back and also asks for the feedback too.everyday evening while pickup they provide the whole day summary of the day.inspite of getting constant update on Storypark still they take time to talk to u which I feel is very important.my baby boy was 3 months when he started the care.the reason I started his care was so my baby girl dnt feel, after we had him we are sending her to child care and keeping him home … when requested for his booking Roshni in the management helped us by providing the casual booking for him when possible which also helped my girl settle better.management team: Roshni, aparna n Sneha all are so wonderful and supportive.they understand us as a family by supporting when required.cnt thank them enough.
My baby girl is in babies room 2: the educators few to mention (ranu, aanchal, jalpaben, Lorna) they have a special bonding with my girl she is so happy when she sees them, the whole team is so helpful.they always take my girl in there arms as we go to drop off.it’s a small gesture but makes a big difference for my girl. She smiles @ us gives hi-fi and says bye.which makes our day go so stress free.the learning bit is also gr8 she sings songs, she speaks with full sentences formations, she is growing so fast in addition to that going to Tarnite milestones has provided a good foundation to that.
My baby boy in babies room 1: he was 3 months when he started.not a single day till now he cried, he enjoy going to them with a big smile
He is 6 months now he has started to talk one words, he is active and playful all the time, enjoy people around him.
The educators in his room few to mention (simran, mandeep sorry cnt remember few others names) the whole team loves him so much.simran specifically has a very special bond she greats him so happily with a big smile. When she is in the evening while pickup she makes sure he is changed and fresh which makes us so happy seeing him after the whole day Thankyou all

Best center in the town, I would say. Highly recommend to parents very friendly staff and flexible. My two sons are studying in this branch and never had any issues.

I used to work for Milestones Early Learning in Tarneit for many years, as a matter of fact I'm one of the older staff (been working there long before Milestones) and I really enjoyed my time there. My colleagues became my second family. Even Roshni (centre director) and the rest of the admin staff are approachable, professional and friendly. I always recommend this centre to parents who are looking for child care centre because I know what's going on inside the centre. My friends (work colleagues) truly give their best as they are passionate educators and they go above and beyond for their service. Hence, the reason why they are awarded for that. I now have a different career path but if I go back to being an educator, I'll work again in Milestones Early Learning Tarneit.

My son attended for a few months but unfortunately had to pull him out for other reasons. He really loved it at Milestones Tarneit, so that's why I'm a bit sad to take him out. All the staff were friendly and professional. My son used to be sooky every time we took him to his previous childcare, but he smiled every time he came to and left Milestones Tarneit. Thank you guys!

This daycare has been amazing. My son is in snugglepot and everyone who has looked after him have been great especially Mandeep, Simran and Ambilli.

Aparna and Neha have also been very helpful as leaders at this childcare.

Chef makes amazing food.

I would also like to say a huge thanks to Roshani, She is the best manager any childcare can have. So accomodating and always there to listen to you. She has always accepted my requests and made it work.

I am happy with this day care and I dont think I could have chosen a better daycare for my son. This is the best in Tarneit.

I have been with milestone from past few months, i waited for one year to get the soot.its being wonderful experience so far, specially all the management staff was so supportive and helpful, my child settled quickly and her daily basis activities can help me understanding how much she is gaining from those activities. I am very satisfied and happy and would definitely recommend anyone who is willing to start sending their kids to daycare.

Milestones has been a god send for us. After looking at so many other centres, we are so glad we found them. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. Roshani worked her magic to get us the days we needed (I'm sure everyone can attest to the stress in finding childcare when needing to return to work, especially when no other help is available). Roshani and Neha have the most welcoming nature and made us feeel comfortable from Day 1. They always greet families by name and with a smile, answer any questions you have promptly. It's amazing how they remember every detail about all the families. Says alot about the service. Communcation from management is excellent. The educators are amazing as well. All staff are always smiling and greeting families even if they're not your child's educators. My son is very happy in his room. The educators are nurturing and give him the independence and space to explore his interests. They build great rapport with families and have been very accommodating with requests, especially when it comes to food and sleep. The babies are involved in engaging activities every day. I'm always updated on my son's progress and concerns are addressed immediately. One important factor for me has been cleanliness. The rooms are always clean. Not only is the room clean, my child is clean and his bottles are always rinsed out as well.   They say it takes a village to raise a child. Milestones has definitely been our village. I trust them completely in caring for my son.

Such a lovely place for kids. All the teachers are very friendly and highly supportive. A must for all parents. Lots of activities and materials for all over development of a child. Love it.

After visiting 9 different centres to find the right one in which I felt most comfortable with to leave our 1 year old daughter at. I must say from the moment we walked into reception back in January til now it’s been an amazing experience! The centre is full of the kindest staff, you feel most welcomed upon arrival every morning. Not to mention how caring and understanding the room staff are, they offer so much curriculum throughout the week and are always accommodating the parents wants and needs for their children.

My daughter absolutely loves going there, walks ahead and runs to her room! Honestly so glad I picked this centre. Very reliable and I know my daughter is being looked after but the best staff possible! Not had one issue here at all

Wonderful experience for my daughter and us as parents. They run many different activities to engage the kids. The staff is lovely and the food is good, they really care about my child. I definitively suggest this child care to every parent.

My one year old daughter has been attending Kool Kidz Tarneit for about two months and I have had only positive experience with the institute so far.

The educators provide activity based learning early on in the life a child which gives them the opportunity to grow and learn improving their cognitive and motor skills, keeping them engaged through the day. I am really impressed with the variety of activities that a one year old is provided with on a daily basis.
The staff and educators are very friendly, warm and welcoming. They take good care of my daughter and ensure her needs are met. She loves being there and I say this because she is not very keen to come home at the end of the day. And all her special requirements are also taken care of by the staff.
The classrooms are well equiped with furnishing, loads of toys and books that are age appropriate and are kept neat and tidy everyday. The place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
I particularly love their app that keeps me updated on what my daughter is doing through the day. And the photos that get posted definitely make me smile. The educators also provide me with one on one feed back about my daughter's progress on a fortnightly basis and their goals for her going forward.

Will definitely recommend this place for day care and early education. Keep up the amazing work team!:)

I can't think of any another name than KOOL KIDS TARNEIT WEST. Great experience with staff. My son has learned a lot from there. He started his journey as a 10 month old to now 2.5 year old toddler. His journey has been incredible. He has learnt a lot. Thanks to the all the staff. I so happy to be a part of your family.

My son has been at Kool Kidz for a year and half now. We have had only positive experiences there. The management, educators are friendly, supportive and nuturing. I love how they keep us updated on what activities the kids get up each day via their online platform. The service is always neat and welcoming.

My daughter just started attending a service over a month ago. I m so happy with staff and their service. So bubbly staff and always look after your kid. I appreciate all the extra measures they r taking in this situation.
