Came in for a pair of tailored pants for a special dinner tonight. Feeling quite self conscious about my body as I’ve put on a fair bit of weight recently. Received the MOST AMAZING service from Elly. She was so professional and made me feel super comfortable. Elly worked with me trying a few things on and helped me find a gorgeous pair of tailored pants that fit my body shape perfectly. Not only do I have a fabulous pair of pants to wear out to dinner, I’m leaving feeling a lot better about myself than when I walked in! Thanks Elly xxx

P. S. I don’t think Elly was even working today. I think it’s her day off. She just popped into the store to say hi so my timing was perfect!

Dont buy anything from this brand because if you tried to return anything you will NEVER get your money back!

Hannah, Bec and Roma run an amazing, caring store with suggestions that were perfect for my daughter's evening event. They directed her to the clothing that suited her, not what they desired to sell. Kind, friendly and fun experience for any Dad who shops with his daughter. A great fashionable, retail experience non pareil!

I really love Kookai, but this shop on Chapel Street do not really have accurate opening hour.

It shows on map that the shop opens at 10am on Sunday, but they will not pick up your phone until 11AM. They might pick up your phone during that one hour, but they will hang off your call immediately without saying “Hi”. You can experience some interesting service from this shop.

Please do not get me wrong, most of Kookai shops are amazing with excellent services. I am just disappointed with the chapel street one.

Love their styles so much! Material is also so comfy. It is on the pricey side but it's worth it.

The girls are always so lovely and helpful. I've always felt like a valued customer, and they seem to know what would suit me for every occasion.

As a nearby resident to the Chapel St store, I'm constantly picking up clearly marked Kookai rubbish from their overflowing rubbish bins. Why haven't they been prosecuted? And their website has a page on ethical and environmental responsibility! What a joke.

Having my teen girls go through awkward stages of adolescence - I have to say, the Kookai team have always helped them find great casual wear and have been extremely helpful. Lovely ladies, thank you!
