Koko Black - Flinders Lane reviews
10Absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere the shop attendants created! Both ladies that helped me showed genuine care in creating the best experience for me, helped find both a wonderful gift and some yummies to eat myself. I appreciated the choice of samples, as well as the care into ensuring I was able to find gluten-free options. A taste highlight was definitely the mandarian yuzu chocolate!
It is a chocolate lovers dream place to visit. We will be indulged in a handcrafted array of chocolates. It is a paradise for chocolate enthusiasts. The chocolate samples at Koko Black are a must-try for any chocolate connoisseur. The rich hot chocolate was the perfect way to warm up and indulge in pure chocolate bliss.
Didn’t managed to take any pictures but the service was great! Would say that the chocolates are pretty expensive. A box of 6 balls of chocolates for $9.90. They’ve a lot of flavoured chocolate bars to choose from and would recommend this store.:)
Look this place is very appealing however they sell high end chocolates and are priced accordingly. No bargain Cadbury's here! They have huge range of Easter treats, with chocolate penguins and platypus (or is it platypi) and bunnies in different sizes and colours (milk, gold, dark). They also have all the favourites (rocky road, chocolate covered peanuts etc) and a large variety of pralines.
Your guide to enjoy this taste of Chirstmaswith 100% natural Australian ingredients to welcome a delicious festive season.
It doesn’t matter if you buy more or less. The important point is that you haven’t forgotten the person you love the most?
My favourite was:
Kokoblack a jar of star
️ Silly snowmen & Topsy trees
Extremely friendly and helpful staff members, we felt very welcomed, great quality of the chocolates with fantastic presentation. The products are pricey but I believe producing such quality and running this service involves significant overheads. Well-done Koko Black in Flinders Lane!
My goodness was the atmosphere just absolutely amazing!
The staff are so friendly, especially the lady with long, blonde hair. Loved her vibe and her excitement. She was helpful, caring and very attentive.
Their chocolates have always been my go-to for higher quality Melbourne Souvenirs. Once again, they did not disappoint.
The staff at koko black are very nice and we were introduced to a large variety of chocolates
The roasted hazelnuts are apparently the favourites so we got quite a few packs as souvenirs to friends
They have a discount when you buy 3 of the same in the mix and match range
Shop assistants were very friendly and helpful, many thanks to all of them

My wife decided to visit this outlet to buy Chocolates as gifts to friends and colleagues during our last day at Melbourne.
The staffs were friendly and approachable! Always like their smiles that would brighten up your day! Great services!
Purchased some of their chocolates selections and while making payment at the counter, we were given a BIG BIG BIG SURPRISE by the staff (I believed the pretty lady is the manager/boss). At first, I thought she want to promote additional sales and I was totally wrong. She told us that the outlet was newly opened and she offered us a chocolate box of 36 pieces as a gift. We were so thankful for her nice gestures. ️? ️?
Do visit this outlet and you might be given a surprise as well by their staffs!
